Dr. Fix It replaced drains and various plumbing in our house. During the process, Jay and Ty went out of their way to look out for us and patiently provide thorough explanations for everything that was being done and why. This made us feel comfortable with all the work being done, since we trusted the techs doing it and also were educated about why it needed to be done. At end of the project, Jay gave us a full walkthrough and courteously answered every question we had.

We couldn’t be happier with all of our interactions with AAARK. From the initial meeting to discuss options to service or replace our old furnace, to the quote, to the install - AAARK was patient and professional. We had many questions about the new boiler system and every detail was explained to our satisfaction. After the install we still had a couple of questions about our new unit vs what we were used to and Matt Jackson came out so he could be sure to address any concerns we had in person instead of over the phone. A whole new heating system is a significant investment and Matt said he wanted to make sure we were 100% happy. We are! Our home is warm and energy efficient. I have no doubt that if we have any problem at all, AAARK will be there. They are also our go- to for all of our plumbing needs. Update May 2021- another excellent experience! We contacted AAARK to replace our lumpy old patio pavers with a smooth concrete surface. We are so happy with the transformation and the price. Julio, Junior and Antonio did a wonderful, professional job on the concrete work- even working around existing poles and plantings- and left the worksite spotless. At the last minute,, we decided to add some electrical outlets to the space and Jimmy made it happen. Bottom line- if you have a vision, call AAARK. They have the right people with the right experience.

Top Shelf did a great job on updating the electrical in my garage. They were very professional, great communicators, offered a good price, and were very adaptable to my time needs and changes. Definitely will use them again.

Steven Goss came on time- even a bit early to do an emergency repair on a holiday weekend. He was friendly, explained clearly what he would do and possible costs. He found the leak source quickly with minimal wall damage and fixed it pretty fast, explaining as he went. Cost was far less than we expected, even less than his original estimate. I was super impressed and so was my father in law, who understands this stuff better than I do. I would use him again in a heartbeat and highly recommend him. Great company, great professional, great service, great price! Very happy client.

Tipping Hat's professional service advisors instill confidence and honesty- we were impressed by their older furnace rejuvenation services.On a different note, their plumber was set to arrive at our home in a window set by Tipping Hat, but did not show up and there was no phone attendant at Tipping Hat to find out what happened. We sat here waiting for the tech for no reason.ll in all good with this one caveat.

He was incredibly respectful of my time and the work I was doing while they were performing the inspection.Very professional and thorough with the inspection of my sewage pipe. He explained the charges in a straightforward manner and showed me the live feed as they inspected the full-length of the sewage line.The only complaint I have about everything is that I was scheduled to have someone arrive from 8AM to 12 PM. While the company did a good job of keeping me updated about the time (2 phone calls, each with a more specific time), they were only able to get someone to my house around 12:40 PM. This could very much have been because of a busy morning, but would this be frustrating for anyone who had scheduled time off while someone was at their house.
