I want to give a HUGE thank you to Absolute- especially to Hector, Omar and AJ. These gentlemen made me cry happy tears after all they did to help my family and I. We needed our meter housing replaced and new circuit/circuit extension going underground and into our home, after the neutral wire was fried. Hector showed me and educated me on everything throughout the process, while Omar and AJ worked hard ALL day to do the repairs. I appreciate these 3 men so much and the company they work for. I am hopeful that Andreas fixed the problem with the leaky humidifier that has been happening intermittently for a couple of years. One of the problems I noticed when he was working was that the hot water heater placement kind of blocked access to the humidifier filter. Andreas was able to move the heater a few inches and change the filter. It seems to be working fine now.

Jacob B did a great job with installing my fan, pendant light, and other light. He was on time, thorough, friendly and professional. Would definitely work with him again!

The guys always fix the problem and they are clean and prompt. What they couldn't answer is why the new highly energy efficient furnace we bought last year has us running 10% higher in usage every month over the past year. They also manage to sell us something expensive that we need. I think I'll be more discerning in the future. But..as to the problem...they did great.

Evaluation of an elderly boiler and estimate on replacing it. Willism.was ver helpful in explaining the functions of the various components of the boiler. He provided a thorough explanation of the options and the pros and cons of each. I feel very comfortable in making thus decision.

I had a Top Shelf Tech come to my house to work on my heater/water heater. I had a problem afterwards. Top Shelf Customer Service called me and they fixed my problem right away. They were very professional and courteous to me. A very upstanding company!

Great service at a fair price! AAA was able to come out the very next day and get me taken care of. Austin showed up on time, did a great job installing four outdoor flood lights, and took down the old lights and all of the old wiring/tubing from the old lights to clean up the exterior of the house. Looks great and works great. I’ll definitely be calling back when I need any other work on the house.

Alex & Brett did a fantastic job on my new boiler! They put a piece of art in my mechanical room, I am thoroughly impressed! James completed the electrical work for the boiler installation, he was fantastic!
