So I was going to change a broken light switch on my own but after looking into the outlet, it looked way complicated & wire coloring was different on new switch. I called Absolut electric & a guy named Isaiah S. came to my home to do the repair. He was very knowledgeable & fast & brought reasonable prices. I called Dr. Fix It to have them check my leaking water heater. Steve P. came out to evaluate the problem. He was prompt and professional. He diagnosed the situation and told me that a new water heater was needed. He explained the pricing and warranty options very well. He was quick and efficient with removing the old 20 year old water heater and putting in the new one. I valued his expertise and would request Steve P's services again when needed.

I have been contracting with AAARK Total home services for more than 15 years. I have had them do several significant jobs, for me on my rental property, my business and my personal home. I have had to call them out on several emergency calls over the years (not on their work) and they ALWAYS respond quickly. I have found the office staff professional and ALL the technicians to be expert's in their I field, do professional high quality honest work in a timely fashion, they always wear boot covers coming into my homes and ALWAYS clean up after themselves.

On two different occasions I was out of the country and depended, trusted AAARK and especially Titus T to just get it handled, on all of those jobs, one was a complete remodel on a rental property, I was always treated more than fair, whether is was a $100k job or a few $100.00, their professionalism was always the same. My friends and associates that I have referred them to have had the same experience.

Today when I need home services I wouldn't call any other company!

Across multiple properties, Frank is the best HVAC technician i've worked with. He is prompt, polite, knows his craft, charges a fair price, and takes the time to educate you on what he's working on. He's helped me twice on one property in West Highland. Showed up the same day I called, and one time even turned down payment because the fix was so quick. I wish more contractors were like Frank!

Want to say thank you and to give kudos to Uli Alfaro and Ely for their great care in installing a new furnace/ water heater in my mom's house. Uli's response to the install was quick and yet took the time that everything would be perfectly in place and it met my mom's high standard of satisfaction. They were both so friendly and professional. Very knowledgeable in answering the many questions we kept asking about the install and the equipment.
I highly recommend this company for any of their services.

I initially gave AAA 5 stars for a quick repair that seemed to fix our broken furnace. However, the repair did not work, we are out $500, and AAA has become unprofessional and unresponsive in providing further service. I have had to hire a second company to try to fix the issues. I no longer can recommend AAA. More detail below, if you are interested.First day, AAA recommends a $500 repair to my furnace. At first, the fix seems to work. Unfortunately, later that day, it became clear that the furnace was suffering from the same problem the $500 repair was supposed to fix (my furnace displays error codes, and the same error code was displaying before and after the $500 repair).At first, AAA was responsive, sending someone out again. The second technician recommended another ~$400 worth of work, but did only routine maintenance, suggesting that we wait to see if the maintenance fixed the issue. The same problem (same error code) came back a few hours after the second technician left. The next day, AAA sent the second technician back. He performed the additional suggested work. To AAA's credit, we were not charged. Unfortunately, when we awoke in the morning, same problem and the same error code (luckily we were skeptical that the problem had been resolved and kept our space heaters at the ready). If you're counting, at this point, we've spent $500 and had three visits over three days.We contacted AAA for a fourth visit. It was the weekend at this point, and the person who answered the phone told us that the manager would come out on Monday. Monday morning rolls around, and we get a phone call from the manager. I explained to him the issues, and he said he would send out another technician. A little while later, I get a call telling me that the technician is unavailable. I was firm, but polite, that this was unacceptable, and that I wanted to speak with the manager. I also explained that I had left another message requesting to speak with the manager, but had not yet received any response. The person on the phone made no effort to help, telling me that she would let the manager know. I did not receive any call from the manager.

Water heater flush. George did a great job and was very personable and informative. Definitely use again!

I called Blue Sky for a last minute request to move a baseboard heater during a bathroom remodel. They were able to make time the next day, and Tony did a great job. He was fast, professional, and had a great attitude. Great service all around. Saved me time and money on my remodel!

Brendan Franklin repaired my boiler system and did a great job. He was extremely professional and knew everything about boilers like the back of his hands. He explained everything that needed to be done in details and got everything done as promised. This guy have pride in his job and went above and beyond to help me any ways he can.
