Rip off merchants- I scheduled Heart to provide a quote to reroute five lines of electrical conduit on the outside of a property. We are looking to move the conduit lines out of the way so we can install an egress window in our basement. Heart rescheduled the appointment a total of 3 times which wasted a significant amount of time simply taking calls, letting tennants know etc. When they finally showed up, I explained what we were trying to do and would they please provide a quote. They stated they would have to replace two entire electrical panel for the building rather than simply move the conduit lines. The reason they provided was otherwise they'll be much liability which sounds like a very convenient catch-all explanation to misquote and overcharge customers. They provided a quote of $19k!!!!! It's honestly hard for me to understand how they came up with that solution and price and seemed to be interested in finding the very most expensive solution to the problem rather than addressing the issue at hand.

I called Absolute for an emergency appointment and from the time I connected with them until after the service was completed I was impressed. I have now found my go to HVAC company and would happily recommend them to anyone. I first spoke with Jamie who was professional, speedy and courteous in getting me scheduled. About 30 minutes before my tech arrived I received a text message that he was on his way and a photo so I could confirm his identity. I worked with Andrew Alexander who was proficient and friendly as he quickly identified the problem. I really appreciate that he didn't try to upsell me on anything but was set on fixing only the problem at hand. Too many other companies will try to convince you to buy a new furnace when you don't really need one.The quote was fair and he had the parts on the truck to get the work done right away. Once he finished he tested everything, replaced the filter, and checked other elements of the furnace to make sure it was all working properly before wiping everything down and leaving things cleaner than when he arrived.The next day I received a follow up call to ensure that I was happy and everything was working as expected. Overall I'm quite happy I found Absolute and will certainly be calling them for anything I might need in the future.

I had a furnace that had a component failure. Justin fixed the problem very quickly for the agreed price. There was no problem with the repair work whatsoever.The scheduling on the other hand was not good. When I called Doctor Fix it, the receptionist first offered me a 4-6 appointment or a 5-7 appointment but could not guarantee when the person would show up. I agreed to the 5-7 appointment. They then called me multiple times in the afternoon (at 1 and at 4) saying that a technician was ready to come over, but since I work a half an hour from my house, this was very annoying and I wasn't able to just leave work to meet them. I told them at 4 that I could be home at 4:30 and the service pro did show up at that time. Justin was very professional and figured out my problem quickly (a seized pump motor in my furnace).Since Justin needed to pick up parts from a supplier, he told me that he would need to come by the next morning and we agreed on 9:30am. I immediately wrote an email to my boss that I would be a little late but should still be in in the morning. 9:30am came and went and at 10:45am I called Justin to see where he was. He had taken another appointment and now I he would get to me within a couple of hours. He never called to tell me that my 9:30 was not going to happen, which completely wasted my morning. At noon he called me to tell me he would be by in an hour, and at 1:00 he finally showed up. The work only took him 10 minutes and seems to have been done just fine.Long story short, no issues with the work done but the scheduling was unnecessarily awful.

After a small schedule ing hiccup, which the receptionist was excellent at resolving, dalton came and repaired my Minisplit. He was attentive, communicated great and answered all of our questions. He was respectful of us and the space and even wiped all the finger prints off the unit when finished. The trip fee covered the cost for his time. I will use this company again in the future and would highly recommend them!

We have an old blower motor in an old condo that had some electrical issues. I called 5 different HVAC companies (3 of which came out to visit over a period of 10 days) and Frank was the only guy in the whole city that would even touch my unit after seeing it. He diagnosed & fixed the issue quickly & confidently and our AC is working good as new. I cannot recommend him enough!

We needed to have our entire home hot and cold water lines replaced. Being new home owners this was a daunting and costly task. Not only did Steve come out to our home on a Sunday, but the level of professionalism and customer care blew us away. He explained what needed to happen and the entire process from start to end. Mario has serviced my radiators twice, always professional, knowledgeable-explains what he’s doing as he does it, courteous and always cleans up afterwards. I had AJ come out yesterday and evidently didn’t really check to see if problems were fixed, and they weren’t. Mario came out today and got it done and we discussed replacing the radiators and putting a bleeder on it. I appreciate the suggestions he made....and, will always request him for any future service calls. Blue Sky is great getting me scheduled in a timely fashion.

02/13/2021 - first real frost of the season, my store's heater went out. I called , literally, 19 servicers and none were available.Chris was supposed to be out at 3p, he arrive at 12p!! Extremely knowledgeable, very friendly, fixed everything and taught us how to mitigate it in the future!!Cannot recommend enough.
