Best swamp cooler service experience in 30 years of having my roof-mounted unit started up and shut down for the season.Update: Today Mitch Atwell did another outstanding bit of service work on my ancient swamp cooler, replacing the motor and starting it up for the season. A less honest tech would have tried to sell me a whole new unit. Kudos to Mitch!

Jonathan was very professional and courteous. I appreciated his thorough review of how our furnace is operating once he finished his cleaning and inspection. In particular, there is a slight rattling noise the furnace is making due to normal wearing of the manufacturer-installed ball bearings. He assured me the furnace is still operating safely and that, eventually, the bearing will need replacing but not quite yet, as they are not too loud and not impacting the functioning of the equipment. I was impressed that unnecessary repairs weren't going to be made until something proved necessary. That went a long way to build trust. I have had AAARK take care of many needs in my home, from roofing and siding to electrical, plumbing and heating and cooling. Their technicians are always knowledgeable and polite and do great work.

I recently purchased a new home and of course, the furnace went out on a freezing cold night. I went into the crawl space to try and fix the furnace myself, but that was hopeless. I contacted Frank in the morning and he responded to my home the same day. (an hour actually). After a short while my furnace was running again and supplying heat to the home. He explained to me the age of the furnace, pilot light, wiring, was extremely old (30-40 years) and I will need a new one soon. Even though I needed a quick fix today, I will contact Frank in the future when I am ready to install a new furnace in the home.

We had our furnace stop working in the middle of the night in the cold of winter. Found Golden West online and had never used them before. They had their technician Carlos Luna here within a few hours. Carlos was absolutely excellent. He got us up and running in no time. He was very professional, decribed everything in detail, was very honest and transparent about everything. He made us feel very comfortable that we were getting great service and would not be surprised by any charges. He clearly takes pride in his work and cares about his customers.
