I figured with as high a rating Heart has it was at least worth getting an estimate, even though they were unknown to me. It was a good call. Heart was really amazing through the whole process start to finish.They sent out Jade for my estimate and he was as professional and polite as I could have asked for. Answered all my questions without making me feel like I was clueless. Admittedly, the cost was higher than I would have hoped, but I feel like I bought value for the long run and that counts for a lot. Jade and Talon performed my install and they did an amazing job. We couldn't be happier with the results. Easy 5 stars here.

Monday morning and it's negative 5 and I have no heat! Called and less than 2 hours I had Ryan here fixing my furnace. Super professional, super knowledgeable and quick! I will definitely use them again.

I had recently moved to the area and wanted to find someone to review and maintain the HVAC systems in our 20+ year old home. The positive reviews led me to Brothers so I gave them a quick call. They had someone perform a full service at my place that same day and scheduled time for my electrical and sprinkler asks too! Micheal arrived on time and fully reviewed everything. He was quiet, respectful, and extremely knowledgeable.

Julian, Josh, and Elijah were nothing short of amazing: professional, courteous, thorough, and... probably the most important thing in almost any job... incredibly good at their craft. They dismantled our old HVAC setup and installed a new one in about 8 hours on a cold, snowy day. And what were they doing around 10PM? Not looking for ways to leave as quickly as possible but walking me through the work they did, how to change the air filter in the new unit, how to program the thermostat, etc. Bonus: they literally left the basement cleaner than when they got there. Five gold stars, A+, will definitely call on Doctor Fix It again.

This company is amazing and the technician is great! This is an honest company who will not take advantage of you. I called for a second opinion after one company quoted $2000, and Rachel fixed the problem for a few hundred. She has been to my house twice and even remembered us a year later. I have used the company three times and every experience was excellent.

This was my first experience with AAA…and I must say I was impressed! I had an urgent situation with my AC/furnace leaking water into the utility closet and through the kitchen ceiling below. I called AAA in the morning and they were able to have a technician come out the same late afternoon! Rob was not only a true professional but such a likable guy, he identified the issue, did a comprehensive inspection of my furnace and AC. Unfortunately, as I kinda expected, it’s time for both my furnace and AC to be replaced! I just wasn’t expecting prices to have sky rocketed so much in the past few years…and I mean sky rocketed!Anyway, Rob did a “temporary” fix so my tenants can at least have their AC till I can work out the cost for a new system! I’m hopeful AAA will give me the best possible pricing so we can move forward and begin a new working relationship!Thank you again Rob and AAA!

I had a great experience with Tipping Hat. My furnace failed during a 10° spell and they came out the day I called. My noon appointment was able to move up to 9:30 and the issue was diagnosed within 20 minutes of arrival. Only $49 for an initial visit and diagnosis where it was not an obvious problem. What an incredible deal.

Heath, Eli and Chris were exceptional. I work with many contractors on a daily basis, and these guys did all of the right things. Fair priced, did exactly what I initially asked of them, professional and friendly. Great craftsmanship and were careful to clean up along the way. Carlos came out to diagnose and fix my swamp cooler. He was fantastic (professional and friendly), explained the problem and reviewed repair options with me.They had to order the part and come back on another occasion to install. When they wrapped up, Carlos and Manny made sure that everything was operating correctly and showed me how to program the new remote.Great experience and looking forward to having these gentlemen back for annual maintenance (winterizing/opening).
