We had a great experience with Heart. Brad Webb came out to diagnose and quote our water heater issue. Of course our water heater was just out of factory warranty but replacing it with Heart is a great investment since they do a lifetime warranty. Louis Jones did the install and he was prompt, courteous, professional, and got the job done in a good amount of time that didn't feel rushed. Ana in the office was helpful and responsive over the phone and over text helping us figure out financing and scheduling. Thanks to the whole Heart team.

Matt B was awesome. Our chandelier light over the main stairs was in kind of a weird spot but he approached the situation with the mind of a tactical genius. Justin Martinez went above and beyond to take care of the many plumbing issues we had. He was extremely professional and thorough, and he even identified and repaired a potentially major pre-existing problem. We're so thankful that someone with his level of expertise was here to help.We were especially impressed that two other technicians, Zane and Patrick, came out to assist with the work so that it could be completed in our time-frame on the same day. They were quick, respectful, and great at their jobs-- our three year-old won't stop asking when his plumbers are coming back. :)

We have an old blower motor in an old condo that had some electrical issues. He diagnosed & fixed the issue quickly & confidently and our AC is working good as new. I cannot recommend him enough!

Thorough inspection, detailed report with images and realistic recommendations on options for the future without the hard salesman vibes. Steven Jones was great. He kept troubleshooting until he found out what the problem was he was very informative, and answered all of my questions. And he was polite and friendly.

Dan was ontime and very enjoyable while he worked in our house. He worked very diligently to get through our blockage in our sewer. As stated earlier, he was very enjoyable and very professional while at our home. Will be requesting him again should we need help with a sewer clog.
