They had to postpone the first scheduled repair and we spent the night with no heat. Next day service was completed. Roberto did a great job, was very professional and was very quick. Price was way more than I expected and they offered a discount with a membership? Ultimately I had few options a since it’s below zero.

Isaiah installed our whole house fan. He was very professional and courteous during the entire process making sure to answer any questions and let me know what steps he was taking. Highly recommend.

Charles Dozeman at the Wire Nut is a one in a million tech! Very knowledgeable and No guessing if the work he has done is real as he is very transparent and educates the customer on what the issues are. Paul was great. VERY friendly and professional. He made a couple of good suggestions about a more efficient way to run our heating system regarding filters and fan operation. I can’t say enough good things about him.

Doctor Fix-It takes care of all our stuff. We did the monthly membership and we LOVE it! Catching small things before they turn into BIG things is so important. Always great service, knowledgeable people, friendly staff, and show up when they say they will!

The service Manager Michael did the right thing and made all this right today and I doubt if anyone will ever not wear a mask during this pandemic that works for this company....I cannot vouch for their work yet and they are now in the running for my business. First of all when the person arrived he did not have a mask he couldn't even find one in his truck luckily I had an extra one. Then he charges me $70 without even telling me there was a fee and wasn't even sure he could fix it he put the mask on backwards shame on this company.

I found Absolute Mechanical on Google and noticed that his business was in my area and I need someone asap to clean & service the furnace, repair a gas pipe, and redo some ventilation. Frank was on time, friendly, and his work was excellent!

Jacob did a great job of presenting and explaining my options once he diagnosed the problem. He made the choice very simple.

I initially got in touch with Top Shelf because a different company had broken my water heater during a routine intake outtake pipe repair. The company claimed I needed a new heater entirely. Marshall came over and was very responsive to my questions, said that they might be right and I would need a new water heater, but that he'd look into it. After a half an hour or so he had the issue fixed: the previous company had installed a one way valve on the pipe going the wrong direction and so he just took that out and, viola, fixed.

I liked so much of how Marshall worked, I have just completed an HVAC installation with another of Top Shelf's technicians: Jason and his brother Johan. Despite having some setbacks with getting the metal ducting into our basement that weren't his fault, Jason stayed at our house until 8:30pm to make sure we had heat that night. Johan helped with all things electrical and I gather came over to help things done in a speedy matter given the install was done during a snowstorm. Both were extremely professional and easy to talk to. We're now sitting comfortably with a new HVAC and humidifier.

I plan on using Top Shelf anytime I need the services they offer - I'm already planning new electrical work with them here shortly. I encourage you to contact them - you won't be disappointed.

AAA were wonderful and big help when our plumbing just stopped working all of a sudden. They were here and fixed the problem within 24 hours. Jose Gallardo was very knowledgeable, helpful, and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Would recommend to anyone in need of a plumbing fix!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We're currently in legal proceedings with them when they came out to do a routine maintenance on our boiler (that they suggested while giving us a quote for an AC replacement) and then broke our fully functioning boiler and then requested additional funds to fix it (which we paid and they DIDN'T fix it!). The person that performed the service is also no longer with the company but they refuse to give us our money back and their only additional resolution was to purchase an entirely new boiler from them for over $20K!!! SCAM ARTISTS! There are plenty of other reviews here and elsewhere that confirm what I'm saying and I only wish I had done more research before even agreeing to a routine maintenance with them. We luckily had 2 other trustworthy and reputable companies come out and they fixed the problem. We're out the money that Tipping Hat scammed us for and the money we had to pay the other company to actually fix the boiler that Tipping Hat broke and our legal fees. Don't make the mistake that we did!!!

I had Golden West doba repair on a furnace in a rental home a couple of years ago and all went well. Having them come out to look at the swamp cooler at the same house was a huge disappointment and mistake. Anthony tried to ipsell me and create a dedicated circuit to the swamp cooler which I declined. He then told me it would cost $800 to fix the problem which included moving the motor on the swamp cooler. I asked about the breakout and was told it was almost all labor. This made no sense to me as the swamp cooler has been on the house for many years. I declined the repair and went to the house where I got on the roof, made a small adjustment to the pulley and it has worked great for the last week. Of course they immediately nicked my credit card for the $129 service call though they didn’t give me any sort of invoice. I called the office a week ago to talk about my experience. I talked to Kelly who told me a manager would call me shortly. It’s now been a week and I have heard nothing. I would not use them again and would look elsewhere for service.
