I have had a wonderful experience so far with the professionals at Heart.Matt R has been amazing with the time he has taken to explain the recommendations he has to improve our water quality and plumbing around our house. We are satisfied with the work he’s done on our plumbing and pipe repair and we are in the process of having him come back out for more projects.Joe F has got to be the most knowledgeable furnace technician we have ever met, and was great when he completed an inspection of our furnace system. He also provided a great list of recommendations to ensure that our system is working as well as it can, as long as it can, and we appreciate that.Kelly S has also been very thorough and efficient in the electrical work he’s done around our house. He provided great recommendations and came out to repair one of our electrical outlets outside, install a surge protector for our entire electrical system and remove a smoke detector that was going bad, all in less than an hour.Ashton G was amazing when he came out to conduct the main drain line inspection and scope. He was also very thorough and efficient in the time spent competing the inspection.Lastly, the girls at the office are very helpful in scheduling and keeping me posted on when the technicians are on the way or if they are running late. Everyone at Heart has been extremely helpful, without being pushy, in providing the recommendations needed to keep my home safe and I appreciate that in a company.

I am revising my review because the five smoke alarms installed by Absolute malfunctioned yesterday, requiring the fire department to fix. I learned that the models installed were significantly sub par, and while I paid a premium, the company will not stand behind their work or product.After paying more than $9000 for services and products, the technician was not authorized to do the right thing today and replace poor workmanship. The technician, said the company recognized Seneca’s poor workmanship, and got rid of him, but will not authorize, making good to the customer.Previous review: Upon purchasing our new home we wanted to change out every (70) electrical outlet and switch in the place. I feel so fortunate to have connected with Absolute and that Seneca was sent out. He is like that younger brother who is a master electrician and can fix and/or diagnose everything. He’s professional, intelligent, articulate, careful and capable. He’s easy to have in the house when I’m working. He knows what he is doing and gets it done! Highly recommend both Seneca and Absolute for all your electrical and HVAC needs! Really appreciate the recommendation of a membership as well. Has saved lots of money.

I can’t speak highly enough about Brother’s Plumbing Heating and Electric. I called at 7pm on a Monday and had my water heater repaired before 1pm the next day. Jeff was phenomenal. Not only was he clear about the options and risks, he was extremely friendly, professional, and informed me of his progress the entire time he was at my home. Brother’s is the first place I’m calling for any of my home repair needs in the future.

We had a water heater flush on a 10 year old water heater that had never been flushed before. Our technician, Bryan, was very friendly and courteous - and even put on foot coverings when he came in the house. He explained everything in simple terms without talking down to us. Several hours after the flush, when we realized we didn't have hot water, he came back off the clock and got our water heater restarted. We would highly recommend Doctor Fix It and want to send extra thanks to Bryan.

I was happy with the plumbing job, but the plumber put 2 chips in my countertop.

Frank is great! He did all the plumbing and electrical in our bathroom remodel, installed a new gas range in the kitchen and has also helped with many other projects. He works incredibly hard, does great work, and is very reliable.

Josh Stevenson did an excellent job at repairing issues with my A/C system. There was build up from drywall debris and drainage leading to rust in the unit. Josh showed me exactly what was wrong and how it could be corrected. He was even able to install the humidifier for the home and give pointers on how to save on heating and cooling the house. He even fixed the fence outside. He was pleasant, on-time and honest. I will definitely work with him on A/C maintenance in the future.

John came out to inspect my furnace and change the filter. He also inspected my A/C and gave me a detailed, thorough report that ranked which issues needed immediate attention and which ones didn't or could wait. He was the most polite, professional service person to come to my home in a long time. I will be using Tipping Hat for all my HVAC and plumbing services going forward. Extremely impressed by this classy operation. 5 stars!

Chris and helper arrived on time and were very understanding and helpful in all aspects of installing a new dedicated line for a new electric fireplace insert. Angelo and his team were amazing, removed a 60 year old 3/4 inch cast iron drum in the basement. Thing was a beast and they dug it out and got us something way more advanced.
