Michael was very professional and thorough. I had many plumbing issues needing repair. What started out as simple fixes turned into serious problems. The team at AAARK are excellent! My home is a prefab from the 50's and NOTHING is an easy project.

My parents have had a variety of jobs done by AAARK and they (and I) have always been impressed by the quality of work, speed of service, and courtesy of the team. There was no question of who I would have perform the jobs.

Jimmy and Stuart upgraded my electrical service and combined two boxes into one. Unfortunately, my home has a very tight crawl space and attic, but they got the job done. They were able to really clean up the look, give me back some space on the wall, and set me up safely for some future home wiring projects.

Once the electrical was done, Travis and Chad were able to haul away my ancient furnace (they said they've only seen that model in the Lenox museum) and install a new, quieter, more efficient unit and thermostat.

While those items were being tackled, Nick and Michael installed a tricky shower door and made sure the majority of the plumbing of my long-term bathroom project were all in order.

The team will be out next week to install an evaporative cooler (6 years without any cooling system!) and I cannot wait to have that done and update this review.

Update 03/31: The team returned today and the evap cooler is installed and looks incredible. Very excited to have relief this year from the heat. It was placed out of sight from the front of the house and the registers are placed seamlessly to provide perfect airflow.

I recently purchased a new home and of course, the furnace went out on a freezing cold night. I went into the crawl space to try and fix the furnace myself, but that was hopeless. I contacted Frank in the morning and he responded to my home the same day. (an hour actually). After a short while my furnace was running again and supplying heat to the home. He explained to me the age of the furnace, pilot light, wiring, was extremely old (30-40 years) and I will need a new one soon. Even though I needed a quick fix today, I will contact Frank in the future when I am ready to install a new furnace in the home.

Eric at Applewood repaired our water heater on a Friday afternoon quickly and safely. We are so grateful.

blue sky was amazing!!! our ac stopped working last summer, over the last 7 months we have probably had 8 different AC companies out. every company told us we needed a full new system, with quotes ranging 20-30k. we heard different advice from every company who bashed the priors. our current system was great, but stopped blowing cold air. it appears our space pack/unico? is a rare system and many were unfamiliar with and wouldn't even budge when we asked to repair our current system. Daniel came over, looked at our vents, and knew exactly what they were., first impression- we were impressed. he was the salesman, and he didn't sell us on a new system like the rest- he ran some tests on our outdoor unit and said it simply needed a few replacements. paul then came over and fixed everything within an hour or two, and under 1,000 dollars!!!! we are so so happy and impressed with the knowledge and honesty of blue sky!!!

Had to call out Golden West to look at ourA/C which was not working. efficiently . Turned out to be a much bigger problem that we first thought involving our furnace. Chris was very helpful and during his thorough investigation discovered we had a leak on the A/C cooling pipe which luckily turned out to be covered by warranty . Saved us from a very large bill. All the office staff and the service people working for the company are very polite and helpful. We confidently use them for all our heating cooling and plumbing issues.
