Trey Donges was the technician who came to the house. He was on time, very nice, knowledgeable and explained exactly what will be done. I was so impressed and happy with his estimate and explaining the job (in process of moving a vent which is in the way of remodeling our kitchen) this company is now my go to company for all Electrical, Heating and Cooling plus plumbing. I am so happy I found this company!

Jovanny and Isaiah did an outstanding job. My house is a 1950 home that a lot of unique issues with the old wiring. These guys fixed those issues, updated circuits and modernized the lighting. Highly recommended.

Over the course of many years they have done a drive way/walk replacement, house painting, gutters, hot water heater, furnace replacement, evaporative cooler, upgraded electrical service, basement escape window and more! All work was top notch, timely and their crews were friendly, thorough and a pleasure to work with! We highly recommend them for your projects!

I recently purchased a new home and of course, the furnace went out on a freezing cold night. I went into the crawl space to try and fix the furnace myself, but that was hopeless. I contacted Frank in the morning and he responded to my home the same day. (an hour actually). After a short while my furnace was running again and supplying heat to the home. He explained to me the age of the furnace, pilot light, wiring, was extremely old (30-40 years) and I will need a new one soon. Even though I needed a quick fix today, I will contact Frank in the future when I am ready to install a new furnace in the home.

Preferred previous customer and called in about a free visit/estimate offer. Quoted price exuberant for tasks requested (already had items for install). I will be requesting refund of my ‘preferred customer’ annual fees.

Great experience! I called at 11p.m. and reached a live person. I had Technician Lamar dispatched to my home the next day. Lamar made quick work of replacing my thermostat. I am a repeat customer and will continue to use Golden West. I highly recommend them.
