The furnace broke overnight during some bad snow and this place was the most responsive of all the repair places I reached out to. They sent someone out from Denver faster than anyone in town could make time to help and I'm so thankful to have heat back so quickly. Joe Fiducioso was extremely helpful, efficient, and professional. He took care of the main problem and took plenty of pictures and videos to show me exactly what was wrong and explained how he was fixing it. Great guy, great service.

We had Isaiah and Cameron install a QuietCool system today. Today it reached 100 degrees outside!!...and they were working in our attic. I don’t know how they could stand the heat up there, but, my hat’s off to these guys. Shane M. of Doctor Fix-It Plumbing, Heating & Electric was on-time, courteous, and very efficient in providing a yearly annual checkup of our furnace. He explained thoroughly all that he had cleaned and checked to make sure the furnace is in great working order for the upcoming winter season. The best part is that there was no charge. I have been contracting with AAARK Total home services for more than 15 years. I have had them do several significant jobs, for me on my rental property, my business and my personal home. I have found the office staff professional and ALL the technicians to be expert's in their I field, do professional high quality honest work in a timely fashion, they always wear boot covers coming into my homes and ALWAYS clean up after themselves.

We have an old blower motor in an old condo that had some electrical issues. I called 5 different HVAC companies (3 of which came out to visit over a period of 10 days) and Frank was the only guy in the whole city that would even touch my unit after seeing it. He diagnosed & fixed the issue quickly & confidently and our AC is working good as new. I cannot recommend him enough!

He was very friendly, explained what he needed to do, gave tips to prevent the problem from occurring, gave us a good price for the work, and told some good stories! It took him about an hour to fix our clogged kitchen sink and clean everything up. The sink is now working better than ever. (I may have gotten his name wrong... I thought he said his name was Kyle, but the email said Sky.)
