I had to have my furnace replaced. The installer for my project was named Gordon Heller. He was very professional and a great communicator. He addressed all issues and concerns with me with great information and detail. Would definitely recommend Heart to everyone. Every associate I encountered throughout the process were very pleasant. I am updating this review because of recent service from Doctor Fix It, whom I went back to because my Furnace has a 10 year Warranty on it with no charge for internal electrical and mechanical failure. At first I was hesitant to contact this company again due to past negative experience that mimicked some of the negative reviews, however I have a limited budget and given the unit is on a 10 year warranty (only installed 2015), I figured I would give it a try and I am glad I did. This change in review is based largely on the technician that was sent out to work on my furnace. It is however also based on the customer service received from Larisa Torres (as well as Megan, Robin and others that I am sorry I did not get names but spoke to perhaps once).My overall Customer Service experience:As mentioned, I was a little hesitant given my last experience which mimicked a number of the negative reviews but I had good reason to give this company a second chance (10 year warranty on current furnace, no charge for fixes related to internal electrical and mechanical failure). Not only was customer service pleasant to work with but they were very attentive and polite in answering my calls and emails. Larisa in particular (since I dealt with her more than once) was extremely helpful, professional and provided answers to every question that I had, thank you.Experience with Technician: Robert QuinnExtremely knowledgeable about his craft and his technique helped fix the problem to a large extent. Still have a knocking sound when the furnace ignites and shuts off, but that is because for the fix applied, we could not get to all ducts many of which are buried behind walls and ceilings and we do not want to tear those up just to apply a shield to increase the rigidity of the ducts so as to eliminate the knocking sound. It is a far improvement from what it was thanks to Rob. We will work exclusively with Rob moving forward as he is very professional, seemingly very knowledgeable, appears to love his job and the company he works for, was committed to finding a fix all while being very reassuring which helped ease my nerves, was right on time 7:57am actually for an 8am to 10am window (a first in my book! Usually you see technicians arrive around halfway through the time window or not at all). Doctor Fix IT you have someone valuable in Robert Quinn and I highly recommend him to those looking for a great HVAC technician, only time I will not recommend him is if you have to steal him from my job, lol! Definitely a five star experience. Thank you!
