The Technician texted and then followed-up with a phone call to announce his arrival, was very knowledgeable on the subject, respected my property, and provided a quality estimate for a whole house attic fan instillation at a very good price in comparison to two other companies who also provided estimates. He went above and beyond in his efforts to address the restrictions imposed on him by his employer to deal with the COVID-19 situation in Denver.

Justin came and did a yearly plumbing check. He was early for the appointment and was timely on the inspection. He gave me recommendations.

I used doctor fix it to install AC, replace my furnace, install tankless water heater, replace galvanized plumbing, and repair my leaky shower. My boyfriend used Dr FixIt for plumbing updates to accommodate kitchen remodel. The company is a little on the higher price end, but offer zero interest financing which is amazing. My boyfriend and I both had the pleasure of working with Patrick for our plumbing needs. Patrick is super knowledgeable and extremely accommodating. We will definitely be asking for him by name for any additional plumbing needs in the future for both our houses.

The owner came out at 7 am on Christmas Day and fixed my heating!!!!!

Michael Lia came out to provide us with an estimate for either installing a heat pump or an AC (we already have a working furnace). We were extremely happy with his estimate, professionalism, and - more than anything - how he helped us to understand what our options were and what would be best for this house. After getting several estimates from different companies, the Tipping Hat was really a standout in both the experience we had with Michael and with the services and inclusions they have in their pricing. We are unlikely to move forward with getting a system installed this year due to competing financial priorities, but when we are ready, we'll definitely be giving Michael a call.

In my experience, is not common that you can actually say you are super happy with your plumbing company. With Blue Sky, our experience has been very different. They are responsive and good at solving problems, not just putting a band-aid on it. We worked with Zach on a large project for our condo and he was extremely helpful. He was able to talk me through all the intricacies of my particular situation - both the good and bad - and was very straightforward with everything. He made sure to check in several times to see if I had any questions about anything he had told me.Shortly after his departure, I received several estimates for all the different jobs I had asked about, including different options for how extensive the work would be or what kind of equipment would be installed and how that would affect the pricing for each one.
