He was professional and a good conversation while we waited for the heater to drain. The repair was done quickly and covered by the warranty service Tipping Hat offered on my system.Alex investigated an AC related HVAC issue in July 2022. He gave me some suggestions to try better utilizing the equipment installed after finding no issues with the unit. The system's been healthy since the inspection. Josh M. handled the heater inspection in Feb 2023I have an older home. In 2021 I had some electrical issues in a garage that seemed wired up by a madman. Kyler came out, gave me an estimate, scheduled the work, and made sure everything went to plan.(Dec 2022) Andrei came out and fixed a broken shower that was spraying water and a leak at the household shutoff. The turnaround time from scheduling to having running water was great. Both issues were quickly resolved (and right before a holiday weekend).Their branding is on point, their service has been good when I can get a professional out. In the past their non-emergency scheduling has left something to be desired in the Denver Metro Area, but when it can't wait they'll be quick to get you in the schedule.
