My husband and I returned from a chilly weekend in the mountains to an even chillier house. We submitted a request through Yelp for quotes, and Absolute's was the most reasonable for a diagnostic. Our HVAC professional, Andrew, arrived literally just the TINIEST bit late and waived his diagnostic fee, crawled up into our attic, diagnosed the problem, told us what it would cost to fix it, and fixed it. All within about 30 minutes. Really couldn't be happier! The whole experience was professional, efficient, and informative. As new-ish homeowners in the area, we are delighted to have found a top-notch HVAC company!

The technician was great and very thorough in the work he performed. However it was very expensive in my opinion. $250.00 to change a single switch light switch that took all of ten minutes is highway robbery. I'll take some courses on this type of stuff going forward vs. getting hit in the wallet so hard for a simple repair.

Great price for new furnace and a/c. My furnace went out on Friday Feb. 12th. Temp. was near 0. They loaned me a space heater until the furnace could be replaced on the following Mon. They replaced the A/C and the electrician followed up the following Fri. He was even a little early.

This company is great - I have had them perform extensive furnace work, and extensive plumbing work - Top notch every single time - I have no complaints of any kind - They are extremely courteous, knowledgeable, timely, clean and speedy - The way contractors/service people used to be! That applies to the office staff, too. I am now planning on using them for all of my plumbing/HVAC/construction needs (and there are going to be a lot of them).

I recently purchased a new home and of course, the furnace went out on a freezing cold night. I went into the crawl space to try and fix the furnace myself, but that was hopeless. I contacted Frank in the morning and he responded to my home the same day. (an hour actually). After a short while my furnace was running again and supplying heat to the home. He explained to me the age of the furnace, pilot light, wiring, was extremely old (30-40 years) and I will need a new one soon. Even though I needed a quick fix today, I will contact Frank in the future when I am ready to install a new furnace in the home.

Not happy. I usually do my own home maintenance, but needed help witha toilet because of an ankle injury. The tech showed up, confirmed we did not have a plugged drain pipe, charged us $49 dollars and left. We called to get the toilet fixed and the job didn’t get done. Today I repaired the toilet myself even with an injured ankle.

Keith arrived on time for his scheduled appointment to provide a bid to run a gas line out to our deck. When he completed this task I asked him if he could look at a problem we were having with our refrigerator. Even though this was not why what we called about nor was this his specialty, Keith spent several minutes helping me determine what the problem was and he would not take any compensation for his efforts. I truly appreciate this kind of service! Not found every day. Thank you Keith.
