Best Cooling System in Denver CO

I contacted Hear HCPE through a recommendation from a friend who had done business with them within the past year. My furnace/AC unit has been heating and cooling well, but doing some weird things - prolonged clicking noise, turning on and off repeatedly when the house was at temperature, loud vibration noise. It's a Rheem installed in 1999 (so 23 years old). I had been told within the past 5 years that it needs to be replaced but I've been doing what I could to help it limp along. Joe from Heart HCPE found and fixed the vibration (a part repaired a year ago by someone else that was not adequately fastened down), showed me pictures of what was happening, explained what was happening, and told/showed me the red flags to watch for that might indicate it was actually going to be a major problem. He explained my options for fixing it, while also letting me know the drawbacks. Not once did he try to sell me anything (thank you Joe!). I asked a number of questions; he patiently answered all of them. I'm probably going to have to replace it soon and set up an appointment for someone in sales to come see me.I appreciate Joe's professional conduct, not trying to sell me something, taking the time to explain the benefits/drawbacks to repairing and replacing the system, and for showing me what to look for in the furnace and in the thermostat in case it was going to be a more serious problem (it's winter and nighttime lows are in the teens and 20s). He made sure I received emailed paperwork/pictures before he left and that I had his business card. I truly appreciate his level of concern for me to have a working furnace but without a hard sell on either repair/replace. Joe is extremely knowledgable and personable. I would highly recommend Heart HCPE if your furnace is giving you problems.I'll give an update if I purchase a new furnace/AC through them.

I had a new high efficiency furnace installed, which is great. The problem of using solar for space heating was eliminated, since the furnace is 95 percent efficient as is and any savings would be negligible. Great product and wonderful service they gave me.

The whole experience from start to finish with Brothers has been exceptional. The scheduling team are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and create a wonderful first impression. Joe the plumber that came to our house is a great ambassador for the company, he explained exactly what work he would be doing and worked efficiently to get the job done. We recently bought an old house that had several plumbing issues but Joe was happy to help. Communication along the way was first class. I was extremely impressed by the whole team and will definitely be using them again! Thank you!

I am a first time home owner and feel that I was totally taken advantage of by this company. Called since my AC unit hasn’t been working efficiently. They charged me around $540 to clean the coils only to still not have it fix the issue. I asked why the service was so expensive and the tech said something about licensing. I asked for an itemized report which just lists furnace cleaning. I have no idea what I paid for. Called another company recommended by a friend and they verified I totally got screwed. They charge $250 max for a chemical clean of the coils.UPDATE: filed a claim with the BBB and FINALLY received a call from Dr. Fix It. Got a full refund because, “hm sometimes our technicians make mistakes.” Fast forward - called an actual family run business, guy came out and fixed the problem for $230 (I gave a tip). If I needed a new unit installed (in case there was wax build up) he quoted me 4-5k vs the 10-12k that I was quoted by Dr. Fix It. Really hope this review helps people get their money back if they were totally ripped off and stops people from going to this company in the first place.

Marshall Gillespie was very profession and efficient when he helped us extend wiring and install some new outlets in our home. He worked quickly and was great about explaining how he was going to do things before diving into the work. We also needed a larger amp breaker installed for our hot tub and he got everything set up in under an hour. Worked perfectly!

Uli and his crew were absolutely outstanding. Professional, informative, and hard working.
They got a late start, but stayed and finished the job. They went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I were happy with every little detail of the work done. Just outstanding.

We have had less than desirable experiences with other companies! We are very pleased with Tipping Hat. This is the first time we used them. We needed to replace our furnace. Michael was very good at telling us about Tipping Hat and their products. One thing that was very impressive to us was after deciding to make the purchase, he showed up on installation day to make sure everything was going right. And then showed up again when the install was finished to make sure everything was done and done properly! No other company has ever done that! Aaron, Alden and Rick were very nice. Did a great job and were respective of our home. We will be using Tipping Hat again in the future.

Blue Sky came to my home today to fix what I assessed to be a problem with my thermostat connecting properly with the furnace. I was told I needed to replace the induce Draft Blower assembly at the cost of $539.75 , have a visual heat exchanger inspection w/blower pulling for $223.13 I said denied though services knowing the estimates were extremely high. I then had the technician leave and my cost for him to come out and NOT get my heat back on was $148.75. I had a DJ Enterprises come out and they found after process of elimination that my control panel needed replacing and NOT the above items. Total bill and my heat and thermostat are working $310.00! These reviews are all the same because Blue Sky is gouging folks with pricing. THE MANAGER CALLED ME AFTER I POSTED THIS WHICH I THOUGHT WAS VERY COMMENDABLE AND SHOWED GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. HE WAS VERY KIND AND WANTED TO KNOW ALL ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE TO BETTER SERVICE IN THE FUTURE AND IS GIVING ME A COMPLETE CREDIT ON THE SERVICE CALL!

Jose with Golden West came out on the early end of my service window and did an excellent job installing a new toilet for us. He and his team were very quick and friendly! I highly recommend them.
