We've relied on Brothers for nearly 20 years now. Our 25 year old furnace finally failed and this experience is another example of why we call Brothers. Andy installed our system today and could not have been more professional, pleasant, friendly, and informative. EVERYTHING was explained super clearly (as we're used to with Brothers) and Andy's work is pretty to look at - he takes great pride in what he does and it shows.I don't want to gush too much as it always hurts financially to replace HVAC systems. But, if you're going to spend the $$$$ you want to feel like you've invested well. Thank you Brothers and a special thank you to Andy.

We had two separate appointments with Doctor Fix-It. One was to get an estimate on plumbing work. We received a call the night before saying they needed to cancel due to a plumbing emergency. The second appointment was for an estimate on HVAC servicing. They never came or called to cancel. When I called Doctor Fix-It they said the technician could not make it and they forgot to tell us. 2 failed appointments and HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!

I reached out to Frank after seeing his sticker on the AC unit and water tank at my house. He responded quickly via phone and text and helped me troubleshoot my issue until he could get there. He came over within a couple hours and fixed the problem in minutes. He's my go-to from now on! Thank you Frank!

Both Jonathan and Bruce did an excellent job. And after they finished the job they answered all my questions and showed me everything they had done.

May not be the best if you're buying property and trying to get estimates on new installs. They aren't willing to meet with you until you own the property, even if you have access and plan to have the work done after you posses the house. Lady was pretty blunt and rude about it. Seems like a missed opportunity for larger projects. I guess they are a maintenance kind of company who wants to put you on one of those subscription service plans.

José and Josh did great work! They finished 4 plumbing jobs, 2 of which were very difficult in about 5 hours! AND they stayed late until 830 pm and worked until they got the jobs done! I highly recommend working with Golden West!
