The representatives of Safe Electric had to replace two breakers and they did a level one diagnostic service. There is still a voltage issue that Ohio Edison is going to have to repair. In the meantime I cannot use my appliances. I was very happy with the politeness, professionalism and knowledge exhibited by both men. I was dismayed at the price, but I may just be unaware of the cost of electrical repairs. I just want my home to be safe.

What a great organization, call them with 100℅ trust in any electrical concerns. The companies mean focus is to serve every customer as their own. For the right equipment or repair and even add-ons of services like exterior lighting, a new light fixtures and even hooking up your new interior or exterior sauna nothing stops their inability to get the job done.
With Columbus Ohio whether, installing the right sized back-up state of the art generate is a must.

Very pleased with the professionalism and friendless of the service tech. His analysis of the problem was thorough and his honesty was above reproach. Would definitely recommend Mr. Electric and would not hesitate to use them again when the need arises.

So far so good on the electrical work, but very poor rating for the mess they left behind. Huge chunks of mud left all over my laundry room and the large staples from previous electrical panel could have ruined my sweeper had I not seen them first!!! Please wear covers on your shoes and treat other people’s home with respect.

These guys did an great job!!! I had a small project to install recessed lighting in the Livingroom, Kitchen, and 3 Bedrooms.

Tyler came out to review and quote my project. Not only did Tyler provide a quote that was lower than other nearby companies, but he also provided insight into my project and helped me avoid the mistake of installing too many lights. The installation process went quick. The crew was very professional and easy to work with. They installed everything perfectly and ensured no messes were left behind. Lastly, the customer service was great. I worked with Rob to coordinate my project schedule and he went above and beyond to ensure all my questions or concerns were answered.

All in all, Bradley Electric did an quality job at a lower price than other companies.

Called and got a free estimate. Same guy who did the estimate did the install of 4 fans (3 of which had to have everything ran and re-wiring of outlets and switch boxes). Great work at a fair price. Will call them again if I need more work in the future.

John responded within a few hours, we had scheduled ceiling fan install for following week, but when I gave my address, he said we will be in that area tomorrow, I’ll send my ETA! Job is done and looks great. Both John and Quinn were professional and did a wonderful job for a great price!

These guys were wonderful! Tara was very friendly when discussing the project with me, gave me an estimate quickly, and offered many different options. They were very transparent with updates on materials, delays in shipping, etc. And James did a wonderful job, was incredibly professional and kind, and I would recommend them to anyone. I'd give 6 stars if I could!

Our parking lot was totally dark
So I called Roberts on Monday morning —- they sent out a service technician that afternoon ( who does that any more???)
And the job was completed the very next day — basically , within 24hours!!! You just don’t find efficiency and excellent service like this very often!
Why torture yourself and get aggravated —- just call Roberts
And deal with “professionals ”!
