We had Caleb out as our technician today. WOW! Extremely knowledgeable about all services available through Safe Electric Co. The technicians were very courteous by wearing paper booties after they put down a rug to step on as they entered my home. Caleb gave me the verbal quote before proceeding with any work. I would undoubtedly use Safe Electric Co again.

Tyler A. Was absolutely amazing. The company sent him out next day for at least 10 of our outlets that weren’t working to their full extent. Within less than 20 mins, and only opening up one outlet, Tyler knew exactly what the problem was. Our brand new house had hit a power serge that made half of the electrical panel only giving off 80 volts. Tyler made several calls, and was able to arrange us to get a brand new panel installed first thing the next morning. He was in and out under the estimated time given to us. He was extremely courteous and professional, and helped us understand everything that he was doing. Thanks Tyler!

Terrible service, didn’t explain anything, the problem was not fixed afterwards and they wanted to charge again for what they said they fixed the first time. When I had another electrician out, they said what Bradley electric did wasn’t even a possible cause for the original problem. Felt scammed.

I'm highly disappointed. They missed their appointment and didn't even bother to call. I called to see what was going on after the appointment time slot and was told I would get a call back. I never received a call so I called again. I can't seem to get any answers.

Had PTI come thru last night. It was 2 servicers (I believe one guy was named Joe), super awesome guys. Explained the entire fix to me and were courteous and beyond friendly. Going to recommended PTI to all my friends

PTI is excellent. They gave me a quote for a full service upgrade to replace my old Pushmatic Panel and exterior service. Price was fair and they were always upfront about materials and labor costs to do the job. I have included some before/after pictures here so people can see their work. They did an absolutely wonderful job. All the work was completed in one day. I'm truly blown away by their service and their expert work. A huge thank you to John, Nate, and Shaun for all their hardwork on this job. If you are looking for electrical work done at a fair price and done well contact PTI. Dustin recharged our AC and added sealant for $1000, and fewer than 2 weeks later it was bone dry. They didn’t guarantee their fix of the AC, and it is obvious to me they were hoping we would buy their $17,000 system. Very disappointing experience, and I would recommend you look elsewhere for service.
