Scheduled for 12:00 to 2:00 appointment and stated the would text 45 minutes prior to arrival. At close to 2:00 I texted them to ask if they were on there way. They eventually texted back that they were running late and would text me prior to arrival. At 4:00 they texted and said they would have to reschedule.All communications via text had to be initiated by me! Don’t waste your time with these guys. I ended up scheduling with a different contractor.

The job was impeccable. I’ve worked with them before and every job has been truly impressive, timely, and professional. Their services are unmatched by any other electricians and I can’t recommend them enough.

Had PTI come thru last night. It was 2 servicers (I believe one guy was named Joe), super awesome guys. Explained the entire fix to me and were courteous and beyond friendly. Going to recommended PTI to all my friends

The crew showed up and installed six ceiling fans, three downstairs in two-story house and had no existing lights in two of the three. During walkthrough had them install new canned lighting which one was upgraded to newer LED lighting with dimmer. Job went well and would recommend and reuse for other services.

Do not use KMA. I had them come out due to a strange issue I was experiencing with my electrical. The technician checked one outlet and straight up told me that he couldn't diagnose the problem. He then suggested that I get a new breaker panel which from them would cost me upwards of $4k. I had another company come out, they took the time to check all outlets and found that it was a very small fix needed, only cost about $200 to get fixed.KMA will rip you off and try to scare, hoping that you'll jump in their pocket.

Al installed two lights fixtures in my home to replace the builder-grade fixtures that were installed originally. If these door to door sales people come to my for again claiming to be with my power company (which they are not) and do not leave when asked the first time, we're gonna have a real big problem, it is trespassing. I've already notified the police they came out and talked to the pushy little high school punk about taking no for an answer and leaving when asked.
I will be calling the BBB tomorrow as today is Sunday that they were knocking on my door, I have also posted a no solicit, no trespass, and beware of dog sign...he's lucky she didn't get out today!
