We’ve had horrible luck with other electricians and contractors. But Gibson electric was a breath of fresh air! David came out to take a look at what needed done and sent us the estimate within 24 hours. Scheduling was easy with calling the office. And they were able to get us scheduled promptly. Jesse and Brandon came out to do the work and they were great! They were kind and cleaned up after themselves and made sure we were satisfied and happy with their work. They also wore mask in the house while they worked and we appreciated that so much as we have been very careful during COVID. We will be using them for any electrical projects in the future!

This is an honorable company of honorable people. They had to eat a giant bill because a grounding rod punctured our water line. They immediately notified me, hired emergency plumbers, and contacted the city, all out of their pocket. I cannot imagine how stressful it would have been if they'd tried to walk away, but they bit a very costly bullet. Also, their electrical work was quickly completed, and looks fantastic. I will use them again for any job, if they're willing to come back to my cursed house.

PS: I had them send someone out for a small job the other week; Jesse was great and did an amazing, fast, and clean job. He also escaped without any more bad luck befalling him. Thanks again for everything!

I am essentially a 'non-customer'. I tried to schedule an appointment for some substantial work to be done, but they were a no show twice. After the first missed appointment they called the next day or so to explain that the technician didn't receive the appointment notification. The second no show was yesterday. Unfortunately I'm not making any progress on the work that needs to be done for my family's safety and they are out what could have been a loyal customer.

I've used Gibson Electrical a few times now and they have been great each and every time. From outdoor lights to issues with the outlet in my garage, they were able to do their work quickly and efficiently. I completely recommend them!

I've had Gibson Electrical out to my house 3 times to my house in Canal Winchester OH to do work over the past 3 months, and each time I've been thoroughly impressed with David, Kaleb, and Jesse. David came out and helped trouble shoot an issue with high current finding it way onto the neutral wire for my dining room wiring. He then came back out to make sure my gas line was grounded correctly. Finally, I had Kaleb and Jesse set up a Curb energy monitoring solution and take an extra 220 outlet and convert it into 2 -110 outlet plugs. In each case, they were at my house within 5 min of the time window quoted, the work was done promptly, they were all super courteous, and the work was done fast but more importantly it was done right. They will do all my electrical work anytime I need them moving forward.

Thai Gibson was awesome. Had multiple projects that required a couple of days. Thai was very polite and professional. Wish Gibson were in newark so I could use them all the time for little projects as well. Thank you Thai.

Caleb came to check an issue with a few electric outlets and ceiling lights that went out due to some mitigation work, he was able to quickly diagnose the problem and fix it. He was very professional, friendly and courteous. Will definitely use them again.

I felt more comfortable with Brad than I did with the other electricians I had bid my home. He wasn't the cheapest but I could tell he knew what he was talking about and he wasn't trying to sell me on things I didn't need. His men were professional as well. I didn't hear one swear word and there weren't cigarette butts in the yard like I've experienced with other contractors. Can't recommend him enough!

Extremely professional and polite. Khaled and Jessie did the work for us, installing a dedicated generator outlet in our garage. Tested it and demonstrated for us to make sure we were comfortable operating it if necessary. Cleaned up and thanked us for the business. I highly recommend this company for your electrical needs.

My experience with Gibson electrical was very pleasant. The workers and owner were very friendly and was a enjoyment to have in my household. I will be recommending this company to others for sure. The owner was kind enough to show me issues and explain what needed to be fixed beforehand and explain how to reset outlets and etc!! This is a great company with great people!!

Gibson Electrical, LLC was recommended to us by a friend. We had an electrical problem where our small bathroom and two adjacent bedrooms had power knocked out during a severe thunderstorm went through.
The Gibson Electrician showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the problem and had it fixed within the hour. We are a satisfied customer.

The two dispatched out to me were GREAT! Knowledgeable, patient, able to explain - and best of all got my problem solved! Will keep their business card and pass one to a friend!

Don't want to give even one Star as this company sent out two technicians to my home, they looked over the work I needed them to perform, told me that they would go back and talk with their Service Manager and then they would be in contact about scheduling/advising about the service. 3+ weeks went by and nothing, so I emailed the person who had set up the original appointment and their reply was that they were very sorry and this is not how they do business. They also said that they spoke to the Service Manager and I should have something within a week.

As I write this, it's been over two more weeks since my last reply from them and still nothing. I hope that this not the way this or any company thinks is a proper way to do business. Though I am finding out in trying to upgrade a home that there isn't a lot of Customer Service being provided in the business world today......and no one wants to earn money as I am finding I can't give it away......

Only word I can use to describe the quality of work is horrible. Wired my brand new house. 2 rooms have no power, 4 rooms have no power to lights, 2 closets lights have no power, hallway outlets have no power, 3way switches wired wrong, outlet covers cut to fit and not even cut straight at that (mind you they did the rough in), garage lights left unfinished. I could go on and on with all that is wrong!!!!!!

Scheduled appointment on 09-03 for 09-08 at 9 am for inspection. Received phone call at 8:55 am on 09-08 asking to reschedule after already adjusting work schedule. . . In addition, I also asked for a technician to give me a call 09-03 as I had a question in regards to service requirements. I never did receive call back. Would not recommend.

Was not satisfied at all! Took over two years after he was already paid for him to do the work. Also bid was suppose to be for all material and labor but guess that was another lie. If I could rate a 0 I would. Will not recommend his services to anyone in the future!

Love that it is family owned, very professional and did a great job in a timely manner.
