Best Install New Wiring in Columbus OH

We recently purchased a house and had some issues with two of the fans. Ben and Bob came out and were able to diagnose the problem and repair it that day. They were incredibly friendly and answered all our questions. We decided to go with Safe Electric to have 4 light fixtures installed and once again Ben and Bob as well as two others came out and they were able to get everything installed in one day. We have called them for all our electrical issues and have been very happy with the results. They are always friendly and professional. I am replacing our outlets and switches myself and they even gave me some tips on the best way to replace them and how to stay safe. We will always go with Safe Electric when we need any electrical work done.

Very prompt and professional. They came out the same day and fixed a leak into our electrical panel. They fixed the problem quickly and explained the problem without talking down to me. It was all around a very enjoyable experience.

My company uses them for commercial work and I love working with them. Their work is good and the pricing is fair. They usually are able to fit us in when we have emergency, although sometimes they are backed up. Everyone is easy to work with and highly communicative which is very important to me.

I needed a new light box installed in the kitchen. After the technician came out the first time I wasn't happy with where the box was placed. Dion came out and assessed that the box could easily be moved and they would pay to fix the drywall for the old hole. The guys made it right and always showed up with a smile. I will use again and again for this type of service! Thanks so much all!

Jason came out to help a couple of weeks ago when our electric was surging. He was able to find and fix the problem within 20 minutes. He answered all our questions and was very patient explaining everything in a way we could understand without (too many) industry terms. There are a couple of issues that made me rethink the 5 star review but I did tell Jason I was going to post one (at the time I was extremely happy our electric was working and that he was so helpful). The major one is that our insurance company has called multiple times, left messages, and they have received no response. We were suppose to receive an estimate for a whole house rewire and did not. I guess we will have to find another place for our estimate.

Keith was very professional and easy to work with. He had some great ideas and was thorough with his work. He completed the job timely and was fair priced for the work completed. I would recommend KAP and will most likely use again to complete other various jobs.

Had a few estimates and this was the most reasonable one. The work was completed the very next day. The electricians were prompt, courteous, neat and very hardworking. The job was impeccable. Ernest refused payment until the car was home and could test the charger. Only then was the invoice sent. Highly recommend and will use again for our electrical needs!

Don't want to give even one Star as this company sent out two technicians to my home, they looked over the work I needed them to perform, told me that they would go back and talk with their Service Manager and then they would be in contact about scheduling/advising about the service. 3+ weeks went by and nothing, so I emailed the person who had set up the original appointment and their reply was that they were very sorry and this is not how they do business. They also said that they spoke to the Service Manager and I should have something within a week.

As I write this, it's been over two more weeks since my last reply from them and still nothing. I hope that this not the way this or any company thinks is a proper way to do business. Though I am finding out in trying to upgrade a home that there isn't a lot of Customer Service being provided in the business world today......and no one wants to earn money as I am finding I can't give it away......

We had them come out to install a chandelier on our 20ft. Ceiling. They were professional, on time and did a great job! They even went back over the chandelier to ensure all the lights were straight before leaving. Would highly recommend

Don’t waste your time if you need electric work done in the city. I Called for assistance for some faulty outlets and they they didn’t want to do the work because they didn’t want to “deal with parking” even though they charge $65 for a trip charge.

My two experiences using this company have been outstanding from start to finish. Melinda who set up both appointments was very friendly and a real pleasure to deal with. Both technicians Jeff and Aaron were very experienced, knowledgeable and professional!!! It is nice to know there are still company's out there like this!!! I would highly recommend Converse to anyone needing prompt, knowledgeable, experienced electricial service!

We had several trees removed and several of the outdoor lighting fixture were no longer needed. John and Nate removed the fixtures and were able to cap off the underground wiring so that the fixtures can be used when we replace the landscaping in the spring. Will definitely call them back in the spring. Great work! Reasonable price! Highly recommend!

Greg Purtell and his associate (I apologize I forgot his name) came to the house to install a new Ac Unit. He took his time to make sure it was done right, which I really appreciate. He was very professional and he knew what he was doing. He did not leave until our Ac was working properly in the home. I would definitely recommend KMA electric and Heating and Cooling. They always take their time to make sure the job was done right.

Had a smoke detector malfunction today, and had a great experience with Positive Electric! Tony on the phone was incredibly nice and dispatched a technician within a couple hours to help us. Jesus, the technician, was very nice and professional as well. Fantastic customer service by both!
