Mr. Eletric did an exceptional iob from the very first phone call to the email follow up after service was done. We had an emergency situation with no heat in a very cold day and they did everything they could to support us with fast, yet great work.Tim was very nice and very knowledgeable on what he was doing. The review of Tim. S below mirrors my experience. Last year I had Big City Electric install my EV charger and it was a great experience. Fast forward to March and it stopped working. I called them to come out given that it was still under warranty. They stated that it was an issue with the charger itself. Tesla examined the charger cable and found no issues. I then had Big City Electric back out again and the issue was fixed. Now three months later, the EV charger has stopped working again. I have called them countless times; however, there is no way to leave a message. I have also emailed them and contacted them through their website with no response. Is Big City Electric still in business? I am hoping this review gets their attention. I shouldn't have to pay to hire another company when this is under warranty. I will also be contacting Tesla so that they can remove Big City Electric as a recommended installer.

Safeway is a great company give them a chance and they won’t let you down.

These guys are truly amazing. All I did was call them to ask if they could come out and check something for us, he walked us through trouble shooting over the phone and we were able to find where the problem was. At no cost to them, they spent the time to help us through a problem (loose wire) that we should've caught.

I'll be wiring up the basement next year to finish it and these guys are the ONLY guys I'm going to call for all things electrical from now on!

Receptionist was rude. Not willing to work around peoples work schedules. I was told they only do appts as early as 8am and no later then 4pm and no weekends. How is someone with a job supposed to use this company without taking a day off work? Ridiculous!

I called the company this morning and they had Eric Neal come out just a couple hours after I called. I had asked that he be on the ground at 11 so he wouldnt run into a photigrapger that was at my house and he arrived precisely at the time I requested.

He troubleshot an entire circuit and fixed exactly what needed to be fixed. His work was outstanding; very clean wiring while also very quick.

He saw some issues on the circuit due to weathering (it was an exterior circuit) and he fixed those as well...put in new wire and boxes, sealed an open area...stuff that I definitely appreciated!
