We had this company come out to run electric to a new outdoor kitchen island we had installed. 10 days after they installed it we no longer had power. It took MULTIPLE attempts to get in touch with them over a two week period before they finally responded that they were unwilling to help. When pressed further, they agreed to come out and take a look at the problem, only to blame it on another contractor (whose work was completed before the electric stopped working). They said they took before and after photos to be able to prove they completed their work appropriately, but refused to provide said pictures and went silent. Completely unreliable and unprofessional company, as you can see by their childish responses to any unhappy customer review.

The technician was on time. They were thorough in determining and fixing problems. It took longer than expected, but they did not charge me for a ton of additional time to be fair. Would definitely use them again and recommend.

My experience with Efficient Electric was great. The electrician Miguel was on time and very professional. We need additional work on the house and I definitely want him to do the work.

Our experience with Bradley Electric was excellent. Anthony and Ethan were amazing!!! They arrived when they said they would. They were very courteous and took care of our home by wearing protective footwear and cleaned up when the project was finished. I really appreciate the fact that they spent a considerable amount of time wrapping their heads around the project to come up with the best course of action to achieve my goals for the work. I was always kept informed of the work that was being done to ensure that I approved of the placement of the conduit lines and holes that would be placed in my walls. We had them come out to install a chandelier on our 20ft. Ceiling. They were professional, on time and did a great job! They even went back over the chandelier to ensure all the lights were straight before leaving. Would highly recommend

When the power went out, we expected the generator to come on—but it didn’t. I was panicked, we are old people who cannot tolerate temperature extremes due to medical issues. When we called Countryside Electric, even though all the service techs were out on other calls, I could tell that Brittany, the office manager, truly cared and wanted to help. You know what I mean—with some businesses, you can tell it’s just business. But she really cared that someone was panicked and needed immediate help. The first thing she did was try to talk my husband through the process on the phone, and while he was able to go outside and get the generator running, we discovered a few minutes later that power had not transferred to the house—so I called back a second time.

Brittany contacted a technician (I later found out he is her husband) who by luck was nearby, and he was at our house in less than a half hour. I understand that we were lucky—but had she not cared, she wouldn’t have gone to the trouble to see if anyone was in our neighborhood, and just put us on the list instead. Kyle, the technician, quickly located the problem, and got it running properly. We were told we’d need to switch the house back to the regular electrical supply manually when the power came back on.

Around eleven o’clock at night, it occurred to me that the power might come on after we went to bed, and I didn’t know what would happen if we didn’t know until morning. Could it damage the generator, hurt our circuitry, start a fire? I was ready to stay up all night to make sure we were awake to handle the transfer when the power came back on. So I called Countryside Electric, to find out if it was safe to go to bed, and as late as it was, I got a call back from Kyle in less than ten minutes—amazing! I found out later that he’d been up since four in the morning, and still had service calls to finish! But he took time to reassure us that nothing bad would happen if we went to bed. I was REALLY impressed that he took the time to call us, considering how hectic his day had to have been. He came back a few days later and determined that for some reason unusual conditions had prevented the transfer switch from working as it should, but showed my husband what to do in the unlikely event that it ever happened again. Apparently the electricity had blinked off and then on so many times that the mechanism was confused about whether or not our electrical supply was crying wolf, and it had concluded it was a false alarm. At the same time we discovered that our sump pump was not wired into the control panel, so Kyle will be coming back to fix that for us.

Kyle and Brittany went above and beyond what you would normally expect from a company in an emergency, and I can’t express how grateful I am not to have had to evacuate my home. Thanks to their diligence, we were only without power for about an hour! I also would like to add that they serviced my generator the past few times, and their pricing is very competitive. I couldn’t be happier.

Brandon was just here to help fix my AC unit, I was informed about the issue and the fix required would not last. Brandon showed me the problem and then he gave me more cost effective options to remedy the problem, and was not pushy salesmanVery polite representatives and had me scheduled quickly and I could even follow Brandon's progress towards my house, as well. Good company. I will use them again.

I recently hired Just Right Electrical to upgrade the c/b box in my home in preparation for the instillation of a new central a/c unit. The circuit breaker box and all circuit breakers were replaced in a timely and professional manner. During the instillation we discovered that the main power line was corroded. This discovery was a definite safety concern. Upon further investigation it was concluded that the meter box and the corroded line needed to be replaced. Long story short, all electrical problems that were discovered were coordinated with AEP ( power shut down from the pole to the house) and repaired in a timely and professional manner and at a reasonable price. I was satisfied with the work and clean up and would recommend Just Right Electrical to any of my friends and associates that had any electrical needs.

Seth and Nolan worked quickly and efficiently and were able to do everything I asked of them. I would definitely use this business again.

If these door to door sales people come to my for again claiming to be with my power company (which they are not) and do not leave when asked the first time, we're gonna have a real big problem, it is trespassing. I've already notified the police they came out and talked to the pushy little high school punk about taking no for an answer and leaving when asked.
I will be calling the BBB tomorrow as today is Sunday that they were knocking on my door, I have also posted a no solicit, no trespass, and beware of dog sign...he's lucky she didn't get out today!

I had a great experience with Higher Power Electric. I am in the middle of a kitchen remodel, opened my souffits and found a huge mess of electrical wires. I thought it would be a very complex job, but the crew came in and made it look easy. They were very upfront about everything they were doing and very professional. Called in the afternoon and came at 730am next morning. Reasonable and professional. Very competent

I made was in the middle of a remodel and I lost power to my outlet. I made the call to this company at 10pm at night. They were there in 30 mins and provided great quality service. The electrician even provided some advice and suggestions for the work I was currently doing. He was a great help. I would recommend this company and plan on doing more business with them in the future.

BT arrived promptly. Very nice and professional. Jumped right in to the faucet repair. Analyzed the problem and took care of it.
I liked him very much and was quite impressed by him.
