We had the pleasure of meeting Rhett and Mark today while they worked through a job at our home in Powell. They were not only very professional, knowledgeable and efficient, but also kind, funny and enjoyable to be around. They worked through a complex project with great team work, meeting all of our expectations, after other companies told us it could not be done. They demonstrated exactly what we were looking for in a long term electrical partner who feel we feel confident calling back for repeat jobs as we continue our home renovation as well as routine maintenance. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for help with their electrical work. Ask for this crew specifically because they are AWESOME!!

I had contacted Buckeye Electric for repair to a Nest doorbell camera and set up and confirmed an appointment for the weekend. The weekend came and went with no one showing up, I called the number and even texted and no reply. Three weeks later and still haven’t heard back. Maybe they do good work, but I can’t say.

I hired Confident Electric to rewire my entire house and replace my electric panel during a renovation. I was very happy with Paul's work and communication throughout the entire project. He showed up on time every time and did exactly what he said he would. I highly recommend Paul and Confident electric.

Scheduled for 12:00 to 2:00 appointment and stated the would text 45 minutes prior to arrival. At close to 2:00 I texted them to ask if they were on there way. They eventually texted back that they were running late and would text me prior to arrival. At 4:00 they texted and said they would have to reschedule.All communications via text had to be initiated by me! Don’t waste your time with these guys. I ended up scheduling with a different contractor.

They did a wonderful job, was very polite, and showed attention to detail and design. Will definitely hire them again for future electrical work!

Their trucks are marked so at least I can call them out on their poor driving skills. Too busy texting a driving to care about the safety of the people around them.

Ralph came out to install and repair 2 fans on our back patio. He was awesome. I had a great experience dealing with this business and I will be using them again in the near future.

James with HD Electric installed 3 new ceiling fans for us as well as replaced a bathroom exhaust fan/light. The whole process from job estimate, prompt follow-up to emails and day of job was great! This whole job was completed in one day, and we really appreciated James' attention to detail and cleanup of his work. We would easily hire HD Electric again and would recommend them to others. Had PTI come thru last night. It was 2 servicers (I believe one guy was named Joe), super awesome guys. Explained the entire fix to me and were courteous and beyond friendly. Going to recommended PTI to all my friends

Our parking lot was totally dark
So I called Roberts on Monday morning —- they sent out a service technician that afternoon ( who does that any more???)
And the job was completed the very next day — basically , within 24hours!!! You just don’t find efficiency and excellent service like this very often!
Why torture yourself and get aggravated —- just call Roberts
And deal with “professionals ”!

Ken was on time, friendly, charged exactly what he quoted and the price was great. Highly recommend and will call him for any future electrical needs.

Previous reviews talk about their drivers. They obviously don’t care too much about it since they haven’t responded to those reviews or to me reaching out to them directly to complain. I was trying to drive safely past daycare facilities and their drivers speed and drive recklessly instead. I can’t trust that their drivers care much about anything else if they’re willing to treat others badly. Will never turn to this company for future work.
