Ok guys.. I would not recommend. I called, texted multiple times with no answer when a tech didn’t show up for my appt. I never received a confirmation message from them for the appt (I got a “your appt has been scheduled” AFTER my appt time and AFTER I finally got ahold of someone) and this is how they handled it. I was just trying to give CS advice as in my line of work, if a tech was a no show no call, it would be very bad for our company....

Quality Electric was great! I needed a couple outlets installed and looked into a handful of electricians. I chose Quality Electric because they were prompt in responding to my inquiry and their estimate was a reasonable price. The technician arrived on time and completed the work quickly. He also answered all my questions and was very nice. I highly recommend this company if you have any electrical needs. I will be sure to contact them again if I need any more work done. James is great! I described to him over the phone my electrical issues. He clearly and professionally diagnosed the problem was with AEP. Long story short... he was 100% right. Any other company would have had to visit my home and charge a fee.

With such honesty and professionalism... he will be the first person I call with any future electrical problems!

I hired Confident Electric to troubleshoot a problem with my panel box in my home. He was upfront with the rates and showed up later in the day to resolve the issue.

Scott did a great job helping sort out our electrical problems. Scott also made sure that previously completed work was to current code and took the time to correct a previous contractor's work to ensure it was to code. We'll be requesting Scott for any future electrical needs.

Service was prompt, focused, and friendly. Bryan and Charles are great guys and when our cat went missing, they offered to help us look around for her. Excellent people.

I would 100% recommend Arlington Electric! Bob installed three ceiling fans with lights in our house, two where there were existing light fixtures and one he had to install where there was no overhead fixture at all. He was professional, courteous and quick. The fans look fantastic and Bob did such an amazing job cleaning up you could never tell that there had been work done there. I will not hesitate to call for any of our future electric needs!

We’ve had horrible luck with other electricians and contractors. But Gibson electric was a breath of fresh air! David came out to take a look at what needed done and sent us the estimate within 24 hours. Scheduling was easy with calling the office. And they were able to get us scheduled promptly. Jesse and Brandon came out to do the work and they were great! They were kind and cleaned up after themselves and made sure we were satisfied and happy with their work. They also wore mask in the house while they worked and we appreciated that so much as we have been very careful during COVID. We will be using them for any electrical projects in the future!
