Best Electric Panel/Service Upgrades in Columbus OH

We had a lightning strike at our house. Safe Electric sent out a team including Zack and Austin right away. The next day Austin and Garrett installed a new panel and did quite a lot of upgrading to our electrical inside and out. They were polite, thorough and professional. They went above and beyond. It is now over a week since they did our repairs and we noticed some lights flickering. I called them this morning and they were at our house in less than two hours! Austin (he is a very nice man) did a thorough inspection of the house and the repairs and realized that the issue was on the outside and it was likely a transformer problem which is an AEP issue. He called AEP and explained the issue to them and scheduled them to come out and make the repairs. How many firms would take the time to do that! This company is top notch. Austin is great. I hired Quality Electric to do a panel replacement / upgrade and to do some runs to my garage for a series of outlets as well as a 240V line for a garage heater. I can't say enough about how great everything came out. Installation of the garage conduit / outlets is perfect and the quality of the work was top notch for the whole job. Big city electric was great.they installed a new breaker and electric line and outlet from my house to my newly installed pool.they were very professional and nice.everything went very smoothly.answered any and all questions I had.was on time and finished the job very timely..they def had the best pricing as well out of the 4 quotes I had gotten.my wife and I couldn’t be happier!we will continue to use big city electric for all our needs.big shout out to Jason and the crew who preformed the install...thank you guys very much!

This company already did 3 jobs in my house and I'm saving for the fourth one . They are professional, friendly, respectfull, clean and always ready to help with something else if it occurred while they are there. Bob, was prompt, professional, quick, and most important was enjoyable to work with. Electric work is often hidden behind walls, but I am fortunate every day to enjoy this handiwork from my basement office.

Wow! I called because of an outlet I fried and they were out within 2.5 hours. Jose and Edgar were super fast, polite, and they were courteous with keeping their shoes covered which is always something I really appreciate, especially in this gross weather! They were great. We will be looking to have new outlets added to our kitchen when we remodel, so I will certainly use them again!

The only feedback I have is, I got an alert they were 30 mins away. So I started heading back toward my house with about 10 minutes to spare before they’d arrive. It turned out, they’d already arrived but almost left because I couldn’t get them in! My husband was able to let them in thankfully and caught them as they almost got back to their van. This is nothing on the guys, in fact, being early is awesome and rare for service industry. More so, the problem seemed to be with their “tracking system.” It plotted them about 30 mins away the whole time so it just doesn’t seem to be working right. This won’t keep me from calling them again, their prices were very fair and the work was done well! :)

The crew was very quick to respond, knowledgeable, and efficient. They did an outstanding job installing my new chandelier and pendant lights. Everything they did was top notch. Definitely a great experience with these guys. Beep them up if you need any electric work done.

Their trucks are marked so at least I can call them out on their poor driving skills. Too busy texting a driving to care about the safety of the people around them.

Completed the installation of a bathroom fan in very little time. The pair who was here did an excellent job of communicating what they needed to do. They were positive and a lot of fun.

The electric in our house went out on a Saturday. Everywhere we called, we couldn't schedule an appointment until Monday. PTI was the only local company who could place us with an electrician, day-of.

The electrician on call, Brian, made it to our house promptly, resolved the issue in less than 15 minutes, and asked a fair price for a weekend emergency service. We will be contacting PTI without hesitation for our future electrical needs.

We had a great experience with Still Electric! They installed outdoor outlets, swapped light fixtures, and rewired a majority of our 1917 construction house (along with getting the work permitted) within one week. Our walls are plaster, and they took care not to cause too much damage with the necessary cutting. The price was fair, and we plan to use them again in the future if we need further work done!

I found this business/guy Ralph through a Craigslist ad, advertising that he was slow on work because of COVID and mostly relies on referrals. I texted him to get a quote and to schedule a time for the work to be done. He only had one day available in the current month, a day I was not available, and was booked for a month out otherwise. Why advertise that you have openings when you do not? If he had started with, I only have one day in the current month and booked for the next, I would not have wasted my time explaining the electrical needs I was looking for at the current moment. I told him I was looking for someone who could do the work soon in the start of conversation.  Others may have had great experiences, but mine sucked!
