Great Customer Service! Entered a request for service/estimate monday morning, with desire for work to be completed that day. Bobby called mid morning and provided an estimate and indicated he could mostly like swing by in the afternoon. He called back after his morning appt was completed and let me know he was on his way. Jake M. from Roby Electric came out to install two pendant lights over our kitchen island which required some switch work, wiring and installation services. Jake is a true expert technician and customer service professional. Along with the requested work, he performed a pre-work safety check of all electrical panels and general status of wiring and conditions. Work was fast, efficient, clean and above all -- complete and professional. In today's world, not always easy to find! Really pleased with ease of setting up and getting an appointment with IRV Plumbing & Electric to service our outdoor gas lanterns. Jeremiah arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and professional. He serviced our three outdoor gas lanterns, which haven't been working properly since we moved into this home. The first company that tried to service the lights was not able to get them working. The technician explained the various steps required to light the lanterns, as well as how to turn them off and some safety measures for the lanterns since they are tied to an electrical switch. It was a good experience and I was pleased with the service, the price, and the time it took to get an appointment.

The team took on an install that another installer had bailed on, which I really appreciated. They fit me in for an appointment the day after I called and showed up on time! They removed the old microwave-oven combo for me and installed the new one in like an hour. Flawlessly professional guys and we finally have our microwave back!

They expertly service and maintain the equipment. Today I had a power outage and the generator did not kick in for whatever reason. I called and was able to have a technician come out the same day mind you. I feel like a valued customer. Arc installed my wired Ring Flood Light Cameras which included running new wiring and mounting boxes as we did not have existing flood lights. They were on time, very professional and did an excellent job! Thanks again.
