Bobby is fantastic. We bought an old house with some very old plugs in it. He took the time to thoroughly explain all my options to me, outlined the best course of action, and then replaced everything on the spot. He was a pleasure to work with and would absolutely recommend him to anyone.

Tommy and J.J communicated with us via text and phone call to schedule when they were coming. They replace the door bell and then had to come back to take care of a second unexpected issue. My husband and I were very pleased with their job. They were professional, nice, and came prepare with their PPE (for Covid-19). Will call them again without a doubt!

I live in PA, and have a rental property in Charlotte. On the eve of a trip to be with my sister who was having surgery, I received a call from my tenants that a tree limb from the neighbor’s tree had ripped the power line and Verizon line from their house. Duke power removed the limb and reconnected to the pole, but to hook the line back up to the house was our responsibility. I called two electricians who could not help me, but the 2nd one suggested I call Roby. This was the best suggestion I could have received, and words will not be able to adequately express my appreciation and gratitude for their immediate response, kind concern for my and my tenants situation (who are elderly), and their incomparable professionalism. I dealt with several women on the phone, and all of them were excellent. I would like to send a special shout out to Sandy, however, who has risen to a level of tenaciousness and compassion that I only hope I will be able to emulate in my own customer service position at a plumbing company in PA. It is a hopeless feeling to be 500 miles away from a property and have an emergency such as this, and I have struggled over the years to find and keep a team of service people for electrical, plumbing, HVAC and handy man type jobs. You cannot imagine my joy in learning that Roby covers ALL of these needs, and I will no longer have to scramble when I have another emergency. To add a cherry on the top of this wonderful cake, Sandy even managed to whittle down my invoice by a nice amount, showing again the kind of empathy and consideration for the customer’s situation that anyone will be hard pressed to find in today’s “bottom line” world. Thank you Sandy, your whole office team, and your wonderful technicians. You have a loyal and forever customer in me.

Zo was great and efficient; very helpful and appreciated his thoroughness. The cost to fix however was exorbitant. The replacement plumbing part was ~$50 and the labor was $350 for a very low invasive procedure. When I contacted customer service, they were unable to assist me in any way. But Zo was professional and appreciated his efforts

Randy came out, was very informative and supportive of my situation. Was able to help me get a faster call to have my utility lines marked so we can dig my new water line. Was very upfront and honest about everything. Could not recommend him more

Tony was great! He took my call late one night after I got a quote that I thought was too high from another plumber. He listened to my concerns and scheduled an appointment. When he arrived, he first tested to make sure (the other plumber refused to test!) and confirmed I needed a new faucet. He came back the next day after i purchased the faucet I wanted and installed it. He was fantastic about explaining what the issues where and where not, which was important to me. I would highly recommend Tony to anyone!

Amanda and Carleton are our heros! Our electricity went out on our fridge and surrounding outlets and we had just gone grocery shopping. Carleton came out same day (phone call and text to say he was on his way, text also came with a picture), diagnosed and fixed the issue, and let us know about other components in our house! Definitely recommend!

This isn’t a review about the business itself but we saw this company’s van parked at the gas station and the men in the van was watching us very creepily as we were putting on our coverups in our car (we just came from the lake). then they waited for us to come back out of QT and get in our car before leaving
