The first visit was to explain my concerns and needs and provide an estimate for the work I required - this technician was on time (gave me a 30 min out call), professional, and answered all my questions. Then I quickly received an estimate through my email to which I could e-sign. After that, they were able to quickly schedule me an appt for the work to be completed. The technicians at this appt were also fast, knowledgeable, and friendly! I was able to get an invoice through my email and pay online - quick, easy, and affordable! I will definitely be contacting Viva Electric in the future for my electrical needs.

He did a terrific job dealing with a plumbing and electrical problem that was caused by the earlier work on my kitchen. He examined the plumbing problem, studied the drainage and determined that the plumbing was not put in properly. He reassembled the plumbing and eliminated the leaking that could have created a serious problem and water damage. He also noticed that the appliance installation of a dishwasher did not have a proper box connection and repaired it. He was efficient, experienced, and knowledgeable and it was a pleasure working with him.

You literally cannot beg these people to call you back to fix their mistake. Bought a Wade Jurney home where they did the electric and we’re under a 2 year warranty. None of the outlets in one of our rooms work. I’ve been calling them for MONTHS now to get them to fix it, as well as our representative from WJ Homes calling them, and they still will not call us back. You would think that checking to see if the outlets they installed worked properly would be something they would’ve done before leaving the job, but I guess not. Clearly quality isn’t important to them.

I would not even give one star bad customer service company gave me hard time and attitude after I said to someone in the office they don't know how to do their job ... I was trying to call then back to fix the situation asked to speak with the management and they still making excuses and having arguments with me and on top of that the stuff manager started to calling me names on the phone ...
