Wow! I had an electrical problem at my house from a lightning storm and Mr. Kerr the owner came over himself to make sure my house was ok? We were worried needless to say so thank you for being so prompt in getting to us. I would highly recommend Paul and his staff they found multiple problems and had them repaired that day!

I am so glad I found Mr Electric on a Google search for electricians. I called the phone number on the website and was pleasantly surprised when a person actually answered the phone immediately and scheduled the service visit for 2 business days later (since I was not in a hurry).
After texting me twice to let me know he was on the way , Daniel arrived within the time window and efficiently diagnosed the switch and receptacle problems that I had called about. But first, he walked with me throughout the house doing a safety check of all of my electrical components, including my main electrical panel, light switches, GFCI receptacles, and Smoke / CO detectors. I was very impressed with Daniel's professional skills and his willingness to educate me on electrical safety - and he did so in a caring and articulate manner.
I thought the price for the service was very fair, and I am confident that Mr. Electric of Gastonia can and will handle all of my electrical needs. I could not have asked for a better experience, and I wish all contractors did business like Mr Electric. Mr. Electric will be my first choice and only choice in the future !!!
