Best Water Heater Installation in Charlotte NC

Will Wallace did an absolutely amazing job with my recent ceiling fan installation in my living room! A previous handyman told me two years ago that a lot of additional and unnecessary work would be required in order to install the fan, but Will completed the installation in record time and made it look effortless. I was highly impressed with his skill and knowledge. I'll absolutely recommend Mister Sparky to everyone I know in the Charlotte area, and plan to have them return to install a ceiling fan in my upstairs spare bedroom. Thanks, Will!

Emergency electrical issue with a rental unit involving the hot water heater. Live wire (Bobby) came out and made sure everything was taken care of. Very happy with the experience.

Amazing experience from beginning to end. Customer service and scheduling was super accommodating and worked with technicians to fit my crazy schedule. Tommy Vaughan and his assistant Jonathan were better than I could ask for. Tommy showed in-depth knowledge about electrical systems and his trouble shooting was right on point. Both were very professional, courteous and respectful and making sure they left the work area better than they found it. Comforting to find honest people and companies these days. I would recommend Viva Electric to anyone and personally would ask for Tommy and Jonathan again!

Jack communicated in a timely fashion, updating me via text before he arrived and when he needed to leave and get more parts. He went above and beyond in the repair job: Not only fixing the issue in a timely fashion but even installing a few extra clips to hold a loose line in place unrelated to the job at hand, free of charge. Really appreciated his knowledge, professionalism, and timeliness.

Matt (the technician) came on time and did an excellent job as well as gave clear explanations.

Came out through my warranty company for a leaking shower. Plumber was knowledgeable and able to diagnose the problem and determine the water pressure was high. I did have to show the PRV valve was not maintaining a pressure, and he had to go get parts. Once he got the parts, he replaced the PRV valve and shower cartridge. Both were professionally installed, clean, and no mess left behind! My son even noted that the shower facet turns so much easier now!

Kris was amazing! He was beyond professional, kind, and helpful! Kris not only fixed our drier.....thank goodness for this mama of 2 and a hubby who get dirty for a living....but shined some knowledge and very useful info on some electrical things that we need to address in the future. K1 home services is very lucky to have such an employee and I highly recommend them and Kris.

Daniel and Carelton from Mr. Electric of Gastonia were professional, courteous, and very efficient in the work they did for us. They conducted a safety inspection of the electrical system in our house and presented us with an itemized list of repairs, upgrades, and optional services to consider in maintaining our home's safety and energy efficiency in the future. They upgraded our service panel in less than estimated time, but the quality of work was specifically noted by the city inspector. I would recommend them without hesitation and will certainly use them again.

I personally cannot say if this is a bad company but from my current ongoing experience it is not a good one. First - If you want to get in contact with someone you have to call at 430 pm, because that is when you can speak to the manager so he can schedule for someone to come out. When someone finally came out after I had continuously called for a few days. I kept being told I did not know what the issues was and I should call spectrum. I have a faulty coaxial outlet that has a shortage, not difficult to figure out when you have an outlet tester. This is located in my now office, which because of COVID -19, it is clearly needed. Second - after the Electrician, finally grasped that I did actually know what I was talking about and was not just trying to make him do more work. He leaves and says I have to talk to someone to see what needs to happen next. That was over 3 weeks ago , this has been a 2 1/2 month and counting process.

We recently used ARC Electric for the first time on our campus. The entire experience was handled professionally from initial quote to the finished installation. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future. Technicians were on time, professionally dressed, and completed work in a neat and orderly fashion.
