The technician, Maurice, was on time with he scheduled appointment, answered all my questions and performed the planned work with skill and professionalism. An interesting note was his attention to detail and the fact that he laid a drop cloth down under his work area to contain debris produced from the work.

Poor customer service and time management.

I scheduled an appointment for Wednesday December 4, 2019 with a window of 10:00am to 12:00pm. After waiting an hour and a half, I called to see if their technician was on the way, only to learn the technician was at another job and would not make it within the agreed 10:00 to 12:00pm window.

I would have appreciated if Turn It on Electric respected my time and provided me a courtesy call informing me they were not going to honor their appointment window. I have to imagine the technician knew his job was running behind schedule and knew he had another appointment.

We had REEDCO come out to do an estimate on some work for a house we just purchased that had some shady electrical work done previously. They were consummate professionals from the first call until they walked out the door. Our technician was so knowledgeable but also very frank and honest about what he was doing, why he was doing it, and what it meant for us. He spent over two hours going through everything to understand the issues we were having and what we needed to do to fix them. I will 100% call them anytime I need any electrical help in the future and so appreciate how kind they were.

I contacted 24HR Valleywide Electric about hanging some pendant lights above my kitchen island, which the home was not previously wired for, and adding a power outlet behind a piece of furniture in my family room so I could eliminate an unsightly extension cord. David was courteous and professional when he came to give the estimate. I scheduled him to come out the following week to do the work, and I couldn't be happier. He did a great job, charged the exact price he quoted and was careful and clean while doing the work. I wouldn't hesitate to refer him to my family and friends ... GREAT EXPERIENCE!! John does high quality work and does not take short cuts. He is also very organized and completes the work on time when promised.

I have dealt with a lot of electricians in the last year and a lot of times they play trial and error. After seeing their yelp reviews, I gave them a call and it was easy to make an appointment. They didn't charge me extra by saying their schedule is full till mid-week and would have charge me emergency hours unlike another company. Dennis came out who was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He diagnosed the problem in a timely manner and provided me with a referral for a plumber. The entire experience was smooth. I would definitely recommend Dennis and will call him for any future repairs.

Our electrician, David, was prompt and on-time. Super impressed with how quickly our car charger was installed by Wiring Pros. Wiring pros did a site survey and then came out the next day to install. We were originally going to go through dealer-recommended AZCarCharging.com, but that place still has not even gotten back to us even after a site audit.
