The technician showed up when promised and finished the work to perfection! The woman in the office was really nice and went above and beyond to get someone out to me within my tight time frame.

Tommy came to upgrade and restore power very late on a Friday evening. On one of the hottest summer days, we lost power to the AC and major appliances. Tommy worked tirelessly to upgrade and restore our power, together with SRP. We were very happy with the quality and service and then he left to continue his service calls into the late evening - very reliable.

Michael answered on a Saturday. Booked appt for Monday. Fixed breaker. All good!

Quite possibly the worst experience from beginning to end. I trusted the reviews, so hired them despite the fact that they were slow to respond, sent out an incompetent employee (who they told us later they fired), but then worst of all, charged me almost $1,000 to perform work that didn’t end up solving the problem I hired them to fix. Despite all of this, they refuse to fix it or provide any refund. Buyer beware!

I am very happy with the work I had done by Rick at AZ Electrical solutions. He took the time to work with me and another contractor to get the wiring right for some custom installations. He was very professional, prompt, and polite. I will be using them in the future for other work I need done.

TIO Electric did an excellent job for us - arrived at the scheduled time, gave an estimate that was very close to the actual price, did a nice job both putting in the 240 V outlets AND cleaning up after themselves. I was very impressed, and would not hesitate to recommend TIO Electric.

Derek and his apprentice Legacy were fantastic. They did some seriously challenging work in an old, bizarre, custom-built house and everything came out perfect. Derek was very easy to share project details with and he understood exactly what we needed. They stayed on the project until it was done to their high standards. Absolute professionals, would recommend 100%.

I called based upon the reviews in Google+. David came over and quickly diagnosed our problem to be an APS issue. (whew!) I was delighted to learn that he was NOT charging a service call fee - as too many companies are these days. Good companies who do the right thing know that happy customers will bring them business - service call fees will not! 24 Hr Valleywide Electric will be our first call when an electrical problem arises in the future!

John was a true professional. He communicated extremely well, expertly diagnosed the issue my system was having, and efficiently handled it. When I asked questions, he always gave thoughtful answers. Most importantly, he was extremely conscious of safety and addressing all the issues to ensure we were avoiding dangerous electrical situations. I would highly recommend John and this company to anyone in need of help!

I have used Econolight many times over the past 10 years. Every single time I have had them in my homes I am impressed by their professionalism and care. Most recently we had their electrician Jay at our home to perform an inspection and routine repairs. He took the time to explain to us what was needed and why in easy-to-understand terms. Econolight is the only electrical contractor to use in the Phoenix area, hands-down.

THE BEST⚡️‼️ Jeff and his crew are incredible. They treated us like actual people who were in a summer time crisis. Which is exactly what we were: in crisis without power during an excessive heat warning. The degree of seriousness in which Jeff and his crew, Mike and Gabe take their job is like nothing you’ve seen these days. Our scope of work was involved. Demo existing system, install new copper ground wiring, move/install new system (new panel, breaker board, etc.) And this is the time line. Lost power at 10am Tuesday. SRP recommended a few contractors as the breaker board is homeowner responsibility. We ended up calling Jeff. He was out here the same day. By the next morning, he had SRP out here, a blue stake ticket in, an estimate emailed and the required permit from the city of Phoenix obtained. By Thursday at 8:43pm our power was on and working in the house. They worked from dawn until 9pm. From first phone call to completion was approximately 58 hours. That’s miracle status ? Make no mistake, Jeff knows the right people in all the right places. This wasn’t cheap because they don’t do cheap work. But worth every single penny and I have zero regrets. Also, we told Jeff we were getting solar panels and he had a switch specific for that put in. Be mindful when you get new fencing, satellite dishes, tankless water heaters or anything else installed near the electrical panel. It may be too close. Call your electrical company first. Thank you Jeff, Mike, Gabe and everyone else for everything you did. You cleaned up and even recoiled my hose after you used it. You’re great people working professionally to a point it’s artful.

Aleksey did great work. Was prompt, knowledgeable and cleaned up after doing the work. Used high quality materials, he hand bent conduit for a perfect fit, and paid attention to aesthetics. Did not leave big holes in the walls when he did the retrofits. Very pleased. Would recommend livewire without hesitation.

Called Coppertown this morning at 8am and talked to Garrett, he came out within 2hrs along with APS and got the problem fixed right away so my resident could have power back on, thank you Coppertown and Garrett for the fast efficient service you guys are awesome!

The people at Wiring Pros have been a pleasure to do business with, & I have worked with them on multiple projects at my property. They have sent a professional estimator to look at the work to be done in a reasonable amount of time. Got back to me w numbers in a day or two. Once I approved the bids, Wiring Pros would schedule the work in a reasonable amount of time and would arrive on the day and time they were scheduled to be here. They completed every job, and some of the jobs were very tedious (such as hanging and assembling a chandelier from a 19 foot ceiling). I have been very pleased with their work. The estimators, installers, & billing department (when I’ve had any questions, or wanted to pay by phone instead of through web) have all followed through consistently & have been awesome to work with. We're very happy with our recent water heater replacement. We had a gas leak from the old water heater and house guests coming the next day; I needed help fast! I called Gabe and he was nearby so he came out to inspect and give an estimate that night, even though it was about 7pm. He made a plan to pick up all the supplies the next morning and get to work bright and early. He gave advise on how to beat take care of the water heater and instructions on how to adjust the settings and whatnot. He was diligent, friendly, and trust worthy. He did a GREAT JOB and we are so happy we reached him that night. I know we would have paid much more with a competitor plumber company. Thank you Gabe! We look forward to working with you for future house projects.

We used this company to help when my organization server room was shorting out. Marc was fantastic. Kept me in the loop and never spoke to me like I was a dumb woman like many people tend to do in the technical field. Everyone in the company we spoke to was very friendly and service was also very fast. We will use them if ever a need comes up again.
