Jay is a pretty amazing guy. He spent time on my house and fixed everything in a sudden. I appreciate all his help.

Called 3 times and still no call back about moving an electrical line.

I called them because my GFI in the kitchen blew, I thought I could replace it myself, but it didn't work. He came out and told me that I had my wires crossed. He charged me nothing for the inspection, but offered to fix it for me. Very courteous and professional. Will use again and recommend to anyone who needs electrical help.

John is absolutely the best. He is incredibly knowledgeable and thorough, very trustworthy, and puts no pressure on you with his approach. At the risk of sounding cheesy, he genuinely seems to care about quality electrical work, you, and your situation and safety. He is not a one-and-done electrician--you will have a good working relationship with him and will know exactly who to call if there are any issues or you have more electrical projects. To end on a pun: He will walk you through everything and even writes out detailed notes--you will not be left in the dark!

Water heater wires melted & they came out same day to get those repaired so that the water heater could be used & then scheduled a time to come out to upgrade the original style pluming going into the water heater, showed up on time & worked efficiently. Excellent communication, comfortable having in my home, & we will be using again.

I had a new hot water heater installed 3/8/16 at my residence. It cost $1,487.82. I was told with my membership discount, it would be covered with warrantee for 6 years. In October of 2019 it blew up and I had to call them to fix it. Then I was handed a bill for $380.95. I asked about the warrantee and was told the charge was for labor. In January of 2020 the tank blew up again. I called G Brazil and was quoted an amount of more than $800.00. I asked what happened to the warrantee and was told the tank would be replaced (at their loss) but the labor to replace it would be almost $900.00. I was outraged and told them I would not do business with their company again. So I called Lawson Family Plumbing and they replaced the tank for $1,083.73. This was done with a warrantee of 6 years and would include the service. Be careful who you call for your plumbing services.

1) Will overcharge for parts, so be careful. Hook is the service-fee/hr.
2) Not professional at all.

They send me invoice on Thursday. I discuss their invoice on Monday mid-morning (after the weekend) and told them that I will take care of the final invoice after 1PM after my meetings. They call at exactly 1PM, I miss the call but called back within 2 minutes and by then I get a nasty threatening-text from the owner Tom (in image).

So much for 50 years of experience and no hidden charges.

I live in Canada and own a seasonal house in the Phoenix area. During some routine maintenance work on our alarm system while we were back in Canada, some electrical issues cropped up. I called Tony, the owner of Meade Electric and he said that he would take care of it himself while he was in the area. I got a call from him approximately 10 minutes after he had arrived, letting me know that the job was complete. He also said that the job was so simple that he didn't feel right billing me for the work. Has anyone ever heard that from and electrician before? Great job Tony (and thanks again)!!!!!

Mike was excellent! He talked through all the issues we were having, offered suggestions/input and did a great job executing exactly what we wanted! He was on time, efficient and enjoyable to work with.

Richard Wilson came to service my AC and did a fantastic job. He called 30 minutes prior to arriving and was professional and very knowledgeable. Richard was efficient and explained the situation. I would definitely recommend Penguin Air, Plumbing & Electrical.

Austin was very professional and courteous. He provided tips to help keep the A/C in good working condition. Will definitely request Austin for check-up of heating system in the fall. Thanks Austin!

We scheduled an appointment in advance and gave them a list of what needed done. They were scheduled to come out Friday between 9am-1pm. I get a text at 12:18pm stating that they have to cancel my appointment. They gave no reason as to why they needed to cancel. I had already set aside time from my day to be there to show the handyman what needed done. They were extremely disrespectful of my time that I took out of my busy work day and were not able to remedy the situation. I asked for them to please send someone else that day as we had so many things that needed done for our Airbnb but they were not able to send anyone out. I feel this is highly unprofessional to not even give a reason for the cancelation or provide a solution to the problem. I will not be using them again because of their disrespectful attitude towards my business and time. Poor Customer Service
