I called Simple Electric on a Tuesday and they came out on a Wednesday. They had an opening and called to see if sooner was better. It was and the quicker response was a big help since I had a number of things needing attention.

I worked with Jim who was very nice and extremely knowledgeable. I'm glad I called this company. What I thought might have been a bad breaker turned out to be a short in my attic. Jim explained things so I understood what he was doing and he did exactly what he said. I like that.

Pricing was explained up front and was what I expected to pay for someone who is professional and knows what they are doing.

I kept the business card and they will be the first call next time I need an electrician.

Wife and I woke up on a Saturday morning with no power to half the house call two places David call back right away, and came out and took care of the problem. I definitely say all of the reviews posted here about One Shot Installation and Gabe are 100% spot on! I called Gabe because of an issue with the circuit breakers and electric receptacles at my house. Fortunately for me, Gabe literally was in the area and he was able to get to my house within a half hour my calling.

Fortunately, the problem turned out to be a fairly simple one and Gabe was patient enough to walk me through exactly what caused the problem and how to avoid it in the future. He charged me a very reasonable price for the work he did, considering I called him late on a Saturday afternoon on Thanksgiving Weekend. Another electrician I called yesterday wanted to charge me $950 for the first hour. Gabe's prices were no where near that high. His prices were extremely fair and he was very professional.

Needless to say, I took Gabe's business card. He and One Shot Installation will now be our Go To company for all of our electric needs and for any other handy-man type projects for around our house. Gabe is the best!! Cannot thank him enough.

Our AC unit broke down on us unexpectedly so I called the first 4 star AC company. And they didn’t disappoint. At 9pm I called Penguin Air , and had the most nicest, professional talk with a lady about getting someone over to look at our unit. Now it’s summer so I know it’s busy. Nathan and JD came the next evening after a long day of work and they gave us great conversation and professionalism even though I knew they were tired. Nathan was very knowledgeable about installation and went above and beyond into making sure we could have a new AC unit up and running as soon as possible. He kept in communication with us consistently and even helped us understand the finance and warranty’s we would be getting. I would highly recommend for anyone.
