The experience did not start out well. Simple Electric gave a 2 hour window to show up and was 15 minutes past the window. Not the end of the world but I was irritated. Bryce showed up and apologized that his last appointment went longer than expected. Super nice and respectful. He looked at my fixture in the front of our house and the wire was broken right next to the connection. Didn't think he could fix it but it's a 23 year old fixture that would cost a lot to replace both. He said he would try. He was able to fix it, saving me a lot of money. We had both our lights out in our garage and he could have fixed those but also being 23 years old, likely to break again and the new LED fixtures were inexpensive. Again, great advice. Bryce was Awesome and he is coming back to install the new lights. Goes to show, it's not how it started but Ended Great!

I was in the market for landscape lighting to be installed in my front and backyard. After interviewing a few electrical companies, I decided that Arizona Electrical Solutions was the right company for the job. They came to the house and gave me a free evaluation, offering suggestions about the best products to use and the best placement for my lighting. They presented me with several lighting product options. I was impressed that each product presented to me seemed to be of a higher quality. Finally I decided on the Vista spot and path lights. Their crew started the install and completed it the same day. The lighting looks spectacular and was exactly what I was looking for. The price was very reasonable and I never felt as if I was being oversold on the products or the install. I would definitely use this company again!

Great service. Received bid to install a 60A sub panel for power in garage. Bid was fair. Has early morning appointment started on time. When complete, the work required was less than the bid and TiO adjusted the price down. Fair, quick, high quality - what else does one expect. I will use them I. The future if I need electrical assistance.

Finally found an electrician that knows exactly what he is doing. John did an excellent job. Very professional. Very honest. He cleans up the area nicely too. Everything is working perfectly. I highly recommend this company.

Our pool breaker went out and our home warranty would not cover. After dealing with the warranty company for a week our pool was starting to turn green. We called Phoenix Electricians Today and they were over that afternoon and immediately fixed the problem. Excellent service. Highly recommend!

Five stars! Installed a new outlet for the new softener. Spent hours tracking down a hard to find electric short caused by a RAT. Very persistent. Wouldn’t quit until found and fixed the problem.

Michelle J. arrived promptly and in plenty of time for me to make an appointment I had for later in the day. What turned into a semi-annual maintenance appointment became an all day into the early evening visit. Because she is thorough, efficient, and concerned with doing a good job, she refused to let a couple of seemingly minor inconsistencies slide by and upon further investigation discovered these 'minor' problems could become bigger problems in a very little time frame. She called for 'back-up' and between the two technicians now working on the one problem, another one was also discovered with our second unit. Whether it is a factory defect or another kind of problem will have to be determined but I am so grateful that Michelle and Mike had the tenacity and desire to investigate the problem areas, troubleshoot for solutions, work on them, and still have a pleasant outlook by the time they finished for the day---and this was after many, many hours. They will have to come back to replace the parts in trouble, but we have cool air in the interim and a good feeling that the units are being serviced and cared for appropriately.

I recently contacted Watt Masters to install some light fixtures in my home. I had a few questions regarding the fixtures that I purchased and also about the electrical in my 1970s home. Tom was very helpful in explaining to me the details regarding the install. I had them install 3 fixtures and also add an additional electric outlet to my backyard. They did a great job and were very quick to complete the install. Next is replacing my old electric panel. I highly recommend Watt Masters for all your electrical needs.

I would not delay calling them once more for any future electrical needs. We as of late acquired a 30-year-old home with 70% obsolete wiring. Their quote was very sensible and competitive compared to the other companies. When the team appeared up to work, they worked very rapidly and productively. They moreover did an extraordinary job of cleaning up. We have used many electrical contractors in the past, but AZ State Electric is by far the best electricians we have sub contracted to. We do both commercial and residential and these guys know their stuff. Mario is awesome and a master at electrical. We would highly recommend these guys, and do all the time!

Daniel from Tucker Hill was just out to do annual maintenance on our 6 year old water heater. He was professional, friendly, and informative. He checked all the faucets and connections in the home and he made sure the recirculation pump was working properly. He drained and flushed the tank and checked the anode rod. He answered all of my questions and gave me some good tips for what we can do to keep things problem free. Daniel is very well trained as a plumber but also in customer service. I love dealing with Tucker Hill. They never try to sell you something you don't need or repair something that isn't really broken. 5 stars for Daniel and for Tucker Hill!!
