Best Outdoor Lighting Installation in Phoenix AZ

I have used Simple Electric twice for fairly large electric services and they have been fantastic each time. Everyone from Connor with scheduling to their technicians (Jacob has been to our place twice) is extremely professional, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. Tommy did an amazing job fixing a switch box to our pool pump. He provided same day service within 30 minutes of calling. He fixed the issue quickly and had our pool Pump back up and running. His work is clean and efficient and he provided great customer service.

AMAZING. I got 5 different companies to give me estimates, and some estimates were DOUBLE what Mr. Electric quoted me. They also had the best availability and were able to put me on the calendar quickly after the first estimate. Super transparent with their pricing and also with details on my electrician when he was on the way.

Ask for John- he was incredibly knowledgeable and so down to earth. Other electricians from other companies I got strange vibes from immediately or felt like I was constantly being sold upgrades. John felt like he was my next door neighbor coming to lend me a hand. He didn't take any shortcuts and was meticulous in his work. I ordered a desk lamp over 3 weeks ago and still have not received it. I've called and all their operators were busy. I called later after they closed and was directed to the voice mail; well that was full and could not take any more calls. I'm thinking this company is a shame, they got my money and are not taking any effort to take care of their customers. If I don't hear from them by the end of this week, I'll file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of Phoenix, Arizona.
I will not recommend anyone doing business with them.

On a hot Saturday morning, a sanitation truck drove through our driveway and ripped the overhead electrical line off of one of the buildings in our Condominium complex. This action rendered 6 units without power.
Coppertown Electric was contacted and within 2 hours, Garrett was on site to evaluate the situation. Because it was Saturday, and regulatory agencies were not available to consult, a temporary generator needed to be placed on the property. Garrett had the generator placed and up and running within a period of hours, restoring power to all of the affected units.
The professionalism that was exhibited by Coppertown was exemplary. Garrett is a fifth generation electrician and his knowledge base is comprehensive and accommodating.
Coppertown ascertained the appropriate permits and scheduled inspections with APS and City of Phoenix without delay, all the while being conscientious of the money we needed to pay out of pocket for this event.
These are the ONLY people to call if you want knowledgeable, fairly priced electrical services.

Daryl Forstie of Wiring Pros is the epitome of a professional. He completed two jobs for us--a panel changeout in our 34-year-old home and all electrical work on a new separate office structure on our property. We are so pleased with the quality of his work! Ive used AJ at Walhborg Electric numerous times and have never been disappointed. AJ is very professional and does excellent and clean electrical work. Would not hesitate to recommend him and his company to anyone. A good licensed electrical contractor that offers fair pricing is hard to find.
