They were eager at first responding until you sign than they stop calling or updating you. I’ve been waiting for them to install the Thermometer, they did installed the Solar Panels right away without a problem but will not follow up with other details with the process. I would have to call and text in a few weeks to know what's going on, I'm already paying GoodLeap the loan company even though I'm not using my Solar Panels. They supposedly will pay you back on the payments you make to the loan but still waiting. The staff doesn’t call back nor no updates. I feel like I made a bad choice. Don’t use this company.

Starlight electric installed a 240 Volt 50 amp charging unit for my newly purchased hybrid car. I selected them based on all the great reviews from other customers, their years of residential/commercial experience as well as their specialization in the type of installation I needed to charge my Audi hybrid.

I love the fact that I can now charge my car in three hours instead of 24 hours! Electrical skill sets aside, I was equally impressed with their customer approach. Michael, one of the owners, came to our home and provided us with a quote, explained the pricing and scheduled our job.

On the day of the installation they called in the morning to let us know when they would arrive and were very professional, thorough and cleaned as they went along. I hired Arizona Electrical to replace my electrical panel, to a 200 amp. They did an awesome job! I had pipe running everywhere and they cleaned it all up! Did a very professional job!

Bill, Carlos, Bob-o, and Junior did great work, very polite and enjoyable to interact with. I would recommend this contractor to anyone. They are my go-to for electrical. Reasonably priced as well!

I ordered a desk lamp over 3 weeks ago and still have not received it. I've called and all their operators were busy. I called later after they closed and was directed to the voice mail; well that was full and could not take any more calls. I'm thinking this company is a shame, they got my money and are not taking any effort to take care of their customers. If I don't hear from them by the end of this week, I'll file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of Phoenix, Arizona.
I will not recommend anyone doing business with them.
