We had a moderate sized install job—a few outdoor outlets, lights, and switches. Ashley and the office staff were fantastically responsive and professional throughout, even calling to get us scheduled earlier than planned when an opening popped up. Bryce and the install team were timely, clean, professional, communicative, and did good work. They were even great with the kids, showing our 4yo all of the tools they were using. Highly recommend all around.

David answered the phone the first time I called and gave me a price by just telling him exactly what I needed. He even texts which is a huge plus with me being a mom to a toddler and not always being able to have a phone conversation. He came out to give an exact estimate and did the work a few days later. The price was MUCH better then the last two electricians. He was courteous and his work shows he takes pride in his company. Would definitely use him for future electrical issues and he will be referred to family and friends.

She gave us several different pricing options. When we mentioned we had a homeowners warranty that might cover the repairs, she encouraged us to check with them first, rather than pressure selling us. She even stayed while we contacted the company to offer additional feedback. It's so refreshing to have someone give you options and time to make the best decision. Thanks so much! I was getting ready to leave town on personal business in 5 days. My electrical panel was having some issues so I called several Electricians to make an appointment. All were at least two weeks out before they could come to my place. I came across Castle Electric in one last Google search… They were great. They were able to come out on the same day and trouble shoot my problem. It required a panel replacement, which they took care of everything with APS and the City permitting and replaced the panel the next day. We do both commercial and residential and these guys know their stuff. Mario is awesome and a master at electrical. We would highly recommend these guys, and do all the time!

Amazing! I can’t say enough great things about Penguin Air and our technician Jimmy Browne. Our A/C decided to go out at 9pm on a Sunday night. The dispatcher was very professional and had someone out within 1 hour. Jimmy inspected the unit and found the problem right away, got the part installed and even found a burnt wire that was a fire hazard. The price was very reasonable and we will definitely be using Penguin again - and requesting Jimmy.

This was my second time using Parker & Sons. They just installed a Mini split unit unit to cool and heat my master suite. They went above and beyond to give me a fair price on my second unit.
