We had REEDCO come out to do an estimate on some work for a house we just purchased that had some shady electrical work done previously. They were consummate professionals from the first call until they walked out the door. Our technician was so knowledgeable but also very frank and honest about what he was doing, why he was doing it, and what it meant for us. He spent over two hours going through everything to understand the issues we were having and what we needed to do to fix them. I will 100% call them anytime I need any electrical help in the future and so appreciate how kind they were.

He showed up on time, prepared with all necessary parts and tools, and did not upcharge for unforeseen obstacles (in my case, structural beam across garage). Jason from the electrical division did a wonderful job on our house. Before he arrived for the estimate, I got an email with a picture of Jason so I could know what he looked like! He took his time explaining things to me and then gave me several different options for the estimates on what could be done to the house. He was very calm and professional and I didn't feel rushed or pressured at all. We made our decision a few days later and Jason was the the one who came back out to do the work. You only work with who gives you the estimate which I thought was great! He went the extra mile in giving our house the detailed attention it needed (1950's house). Thank you again Jason! Wang's service technician, Nathan Thomas, notified me what time he would arrive, and he arrived on time. He was focused, efficient, and knowledgeable. He explained to me what needed to be done. The fee was more than reasonable and he would not accept a tip. I highly recommend his and Wang Electric Systems.
