Following an electrical repair your technician advised that our 1974 wall box should be upgraded and,upon request scheduled for an estimate. Installation went smoothly and on schedule.
The teams of technicians were courteous and informative when they arrived. It took 4 days, start to city inspection and sign off. We are relieved to have our electrical supply system fully functional and up to code. Thank you. Great job.

Jason G. from TIO came out to our home to place an electrical box and replace a ceiling fan in the master bedroom. Jason called letting us know he was on the way and he was at our door exactly when they said he would be there. Jason was very friendly and explained everything as he worked. Since the main problem was that there was no electrical box for the original ceiling fan in the master bedroom, Jason checked all the other fans (10) in our home to make sure they were wired properly and had the required electrical box. Fortunately, no other problems were found.
All of this for less than the cost of the fan, you can't beat that!
I have worked with numerous electricians over the years and I feel that TIO and Jason were as honest and genuine as they come. I am very impressed with TIO.

Mike really knows he's doing. He diagnosed the cause of my clothes dryer not working in about 10 minutes. First, let me say, he went out of his way to squeeze an appointment in for me, which is GREAT! Next, he was extremely professional and amazingly adept in figuring out exactly what the problem was. He was in and out within AN HOUR and at a fair price, too! Excellent service; Highly recommend :)

Recently, we started hearing a squeaking noise from our dryer. We called Gabe, as we have on multiple occasions, and he came out without any issues and fixed our dryer. adam was friendly and very efficient. he had to work a bit to get the job done but definitely did a good and complete job and I was pleasantly surprised at the price. he had quoted me reasonable price before starting the job and even though the job was more complicated than he had hoped he charged me the quoted price I was very impressed and I will certainly use george brazils services in the future.
