Best Emergency Electrical in Phoenix AZ

If I could give this review 10 stars I would! We had a leak at our home that turned into us needing major pipe replacement in our entire house. From scheduling the initial appointment with Gianni (I’m sorry if I spelled his name wrong), to having Jeremy come out to inspect the issues with the cameras to Brett, Sam and their apprentices completing the work, it was amazing and seamless. Brett answered all my questions, was very communicative and transparent and kept me updated every step of the way. He was always so friendly and I could tell he genuinely wants to help people. I can not say enough good things about him and the team. They completed the major work on our home quickly and efficiently. I will never, ever use another company and I will always recommend them to friends and family. Please give these guys that work so hard a big raise! They deserve it!

Johnny Cate arrived early and with several helpers and soon removed the old heatpumpA/C system and started installing the new one They were quiet and unobtrusive while they worked and continued through the lunch hour and worked steadily until finished in mid-afternoon. They cleaned up and showed me clearly how to use the new thermostat control and were always courteous and friendly.

Penguin Air and Plumbing to the rescue...again. We’ve used them on several occasions and this time it was the hot water heater. Daniel, the technician who came, was very thorough and patient as he explained our options. In the end, within a couple short hours we had a new hot water installed and all is good. Thank you Penguin for being fair, prompt and professional. No question, I definitely recommend this locally owned company.

Plain and simple do not use them for any of your HVAC needs if staying cool and saving money is a concern.

They were extremely helpful in clearly describing what they discovered, the possible roots of the problem, and providing me with the information I needed to begin future repairs and enhancements (and possibly document poor workmanship by a contractor I used earlier). Thank you very much!

Wonderful service and fair price. I called Scott's AZ Services after a plumber botched a job in my new home leaving me with leakes everywhere. Scott's Services did a marvelous job not only cleaning up the botched job but actually fixing my plumbing issues. They replaced all faucets and lines leading up to the faucets, replaced garbage disposal, and uncloged a toilet.
