Best Electrical Panel Repair in Phoenix AZ

On December 26th, 2022, I recently had to put in a claim with my home warranty company for an electrical issue; Breaker box was buzzing loudly as i turned on the heater to my home and some outlets had lost power. The company my Home Warranty had as a contractor was closed (26th) and due to the issue being electrical related, this made me very uneasy as I hear horror stories about electrical fires all the time. I did a google search and found Simple Electric was open and got in contact with Bree Street, their Scheduling Assistant. I told Bree about my issue and she spoke with her manager to see if they could do an over the phone consult due to what was going on with my home; Bree was able to get me in contact with their, electrician Bryce Mongillo. Bryce called me immediately and walked me through pre-cautionary measures for what was going on and assisted me with any questions I had. Both Bree and Bryce were extremely professional and compassionate and I wish they were the company to respond to my house to fix whatever issue is going on with my breaker box/electrical. The contact with this company was very pleasant and just from this short contact, I cant express how positive it was. Thank you very much Bryce, Bree and Simple Electric.

We met Tommy the last day of 2019 to fix an outlet, through the recommendation of friends. He was so friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and kind that we kept his name. We called him again for two problems: a circuit breaker and a kitchen lamp. Tommy sent Alex, who was punctual, presentable, professional, kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. He fixed the lamp and found the circuit breaker had power and was ok for the time being. We were so impressed with his demeanor that we requested an estimate for the update of all outlets, lamp, and fan connections in the house and an estimate to put in a new circuit breaker. Fortunately, not much material was needed to install the circuit given that the panel was outside the garage. The cost of installation was fair. WOW! From the jump, excellent customer service and response time. Estimate for 3 outlets, wall sconce, bathroom lighting, bedroom ceiling lighting and correction to previous install missing equipment. Kitchen fan replacement that Charles explained to me on the estimate exactly what I needed and why. They converted 2 bathroom 3 switch outlets to 2 switch outlets and... willing to come back again to finish up installing a new cooktop and replacement of outside panel. They NAILED it! Needed a Hot tub wired for 220. Had 65 feet from power box. Then down back wall in so that the Disconnect box was within 10 feet of Spa. Very clean and looks great.
