Best Electrical Panel Maintenance in Phoenix AZ

I've used Simple Electric 3 times now since I bought my home in Phoenix. Ashley and Bree always make appointment management a breeze. We had a couple of electric issues on our inspection that were easily addressed. Mitch installed a new circuit for outdoor lights over our driveway. Xzavier installed a NEMA 14-50 outlet for a car charger. Everyone has been friendly and accommodating. Work is done well and promptly. Prices are very reasonable. I will be a repeat customer.

We hired Arizona Electrical Solutions to do some work at Macys, we are a nationwide general commercial construction company. The owner Will was more than pleasant to work with! He was very knowledgeable about electrical and data. I am very fortunate I called them to come out and complete this project. Working in a retail store is very demanding and political but Will and his crew were a perfect fit. I really recommend using this company!! Not only do they do great work and our efficient but Will is a great guy overall!

David was very prompt and extremely helpful. He came out to my house to fix an issue with my outside breaker panel. He was able to give me several options at different price points and even gave me a DIY option that made him no money. I really appreciate someone who gives a customer every option. We called John for a somewhat urgent issue. We were having cabinets installed and needed an outlet for a refrigerator ahead of time. John was very responsive and worked us into his busy schedule. We thought it was an easy job, but ran into a few complications with our older home. John quick evaluated other options and found one that worked and most importantly was up to code. He stuck to his quote and went above and beyond with the quality of his work and little extras he did for us. John is very knowledgeable and a master at his craft. You can tell he takes pride in his work and the excellent customer service he provides. We would recommend John for any job without hesitation. We will be using John again in the near future!

Best service ever. We had the electrical panel upgraded and needed some grounding work. They were all very professional, knowledgable, and kept us updated throughout the entire process. They even helped us save money where we could by letting us know we could file for permits or do certain things on our own if we preferred to speed the process along. Very impressed with the quality of their work and that it was completed in a timely manner.

I had an ac unit go out and needed to have it replaced. The rep tried to sell me a 12K unit/plan which is way more than I was comfortable spending. After getting the cost down to 8K which I thought was more reasonable, I agreed to the terms. What I didn't realize is George Brazil sold me on replacing my air handler in the attic as well even though there was nothing ever diagnosed being wrong with it. The AC unit replacement was all I needed which would have cost me much less than what they lead me to believe I needed. I will never use this company ever again.

1) Will overcharge for parts, so be careful. Hook is the service-fee/hr.
2) Not professional at all.

They send me invoice on Thursday. I discuss their invoice on Monday mid-morning (after the weekend) and told them that I will take care of the final invoice after 1PM after my meetings. They call at exactly 1PM, I miss the call but called back within 2 minutes and by then I get a nasty threatening-text from the owner Tom (in image).

So much for 50 years of experience and no hidden charges.
