I hired Simple Electric to replace our 1970s circuit breaker box, install new LED lights, and update outdoor wiring. I'm really impressed by how coordinated and professional the breaker box replacement was! It takes a LOT of people and coordination of local agencies (the city, SRP) to replace a breaker box (I had no idea!) Ashley in the office was very responsive and provided updates on the process. Simple Electric pulled all the permits and made all arrangements. The bulk of the work was done in one day, even with required visits from the city of Tempe and SRP. The electricians did a beautiful job on the box and I feel way safer in our home. Terin also installed new lights for us in our kitchen and bedroom and replaced outdoor wiring and outlet boxes that weren't up to code. I LOVE our new lights! They are perfectly placed in line with each other and are a terrific upgrade. Terin was also very speedy in replacing our outdoor wiring and outlet boxes, including installing GFI outlets and a brand new outlet box on the side of our house. I'm really happy with the work that Terin and colleagues have done, and I'm grateful to Ashley for arranging it all. I plan to hire Simple Electric again.

Great and courteous service. Mauricio Orozco was our service technician and he was on time and very courteous. He did a great job with our fan installation and when the fan turned out to be defective they didn't hesitate to install the replacement fan free of charge! They even offered to handle the physical exchange of the fan at Home Depot for us! We plan to use them in the future for other electrical work around our home! Five stars for fast, courteous and quality service!!!

Short circuit of circuit and cables of wiring to pool pump and pool light required replacement of wiring and instal of new underground tubing (pvc) prior to future electric panel replacement (Oct 11). Now pool working well and pool light working .

Replaced the dining room chandelier, which was a tedious process, as well replace bathroom ceiling lights. Also gave estimate on installing some other work. Very nice gentlemen & very professional. Will definitely be using them again for future work.

Would never use any other electricians but 24-Hr Valleywide Electric. Responds within less than a day. Work is excellent, done in a timely manner and, most of all... excellent workmanship that's reasonably priced! Armando arrived on time and presented himself in a friendly professional manner.
He was called out to our home to look at our hot tub (outdoor spa) dedicated breaker panel that had stopped functioning.
He explained what he was going to do step by step and said give me about 20 minutes and he would have a complete diagnosis of the main house panel, the dedicated spa panel and that the spa was connected correctly.
We received a estimate as well as a very detailed diagnosis of basically our entire electrical system in our home. Armando in my opinion went above and beyond explaining what needs to be fixed today and a few things that need to be addressed in the near future. We will definitely be calling back Gideon and requesting Armando to come out. Super nice guy and extremely knowledgeable.
