Mitch with Simple Electric came out this morning to troubleshoot some electrical problems. He was right on time, clean cut, nice, professional and smart. He quickly diagnosed my electrical mess. I would highly recommend Simple Electric.

I called them because my GFI in the kitchen blew, I thought I could replace it myself, but it didn't work. He came out and told me that I had my wires crossed. He charged me nothing for the inspection, but offered to fix it for me. Very courteous and professional. Will use again and recommend to anyone who needs electrical help.

Alex did a fantastic job! We needed an electrician to run wire and install a new circuit. Received a quote the same day I inquired; pricing was competitive and we scheduled the install. Alex arrived first thing in the morning and worked throughout the day without stopping. Ran 35+ feet of conduit, trenched under a paver path and upgraded the breaker. He did a full clean up and walked me through everything. Great work and much appreciated. Will be out go to electrician moving forward.

Gabe is absolutely amazing!!! I found him back in 2019 when I needed work done on a dryer that wasn’t heating…fast forward to 2022 and I needed him for my dryer that wouldn’t turn on. I sent him a text last night and he was here first thing this morning. I live in Canada and own a seasonal house in the Phoenix area. During some routine maintenance work on our alarm system while we were back in Canada, some electrical issues cropped up. I called Tony, the owner of Meade Electric and he said that he would take care of it himself while he was in the area. I got a call from him approximately 10 minutes after he had arrived, letting me know that the job was complete. He also said that the job was so simple that he didn't feel right billing me for the work. Has anyone ever heard that from and electrician before? Great job Tony (and thanks again)!!!!!

We hired Penguin Air in November 2022 to troubleshoot a clog causing our master bathroom toilet to back up into the shower. Using a camera they were able to locate the clog and determine it was caused by holes on the bottom of the pipe due to age (50 year old cast iron pipes), and roots from a dead tree growing into the pipes outside. We then hired Penguin Air to replace the sewer pipes in the house and could not be happier with the results.Within a week of identifying the issue they were able to schedule us and complete the work. They were able to keep the damage to a minimum only needing to cut five holes in the floor to access the pipes instead of needing to trench the entire floor.Scott and Efrain were the crew leads, they and their team (Zach, Ryan, Juan, Connor, Jaxen, sorry if I am forgetting other names) did an amazing job to keep our house livable and as clean as possible for the whole project, and would take the time to explain tools, techniques, and their progress from start to finish.The 25 year warranty on the work gives us peace of mind that our plumbing issues should be sorted for the foreseeable future.I cannot thank Penguin Air enough for the great job and highly recommend them for any plumbing services you need.
