We recently bought a house and called Simple Electric to fix an outside pump switch. The service from start to finish was top notch. The woman from customer service was pleasant, professional and courteous. And unlike most companies, they do not charge a fee just to show up at your door, which, in my opinion, shows integrity.  The day of the appointment went just as well as the service call. Jacob, the technician, was punctual, knowledgeable, courteous, professional and honest. It ended up that the switch was not broken and it didn't cost me a dime. Thank you Simple Electric,  for being an honest company. We will be using you again for our future renovation projects.

I recently had star light come out and give me a quote to move some outlets and hang a chandelier in an extremely high space. They quoted me $100 plus dollars less then a previous electrician had given us scheduled the job for the next week, showed up on time and did a fantastic job. Great guys and real professional. Econolight more than met my expectations. When making capital investments in a newly purchased home you need to find quality companies to work with and I wish there were more than five stars to give! Econolight met with me and my contractor to go over each room and what I wanted to do and brought their own suggestions to the table and we planned the project from there. While I didn't need to do everything that was quoted, once the work started for the approved items, the three technicians were in and out in one day and the house looked better than when they started. Their attention to detail was excellent.
And Jay and his 'J' crew explained everything that was being done and answered my questions as the work went along. Because we didn't know some of the switching that was wired prior to installing the recessed lighting, we were able to utilize some of the existing boxes and wiring which allowed my final job cost to come in cheaper and because of their flexibility and ability to explain and clearly communicate, I was able to afford to get more done during this phase of the project. My contractor Toni (The Paint Wagon) highly recommended Econolight and I now see why. Econolight worked hand in hand with my contractor so that she could follow with painting and fixing where the new wiring had to be installed and Econolight was flexible enough and willing to make a second trip to finish the ceiling fan installations once the ceilings are finished and painted. Confidence in hiring contractors can be hit and miss but using the baseball analogy, Econolight is a home run. Also a shout out to their office staff for dealing with my four changes to the original quote and keeping the project on track. Professional, capable and reliable doesn't begin to describe the work Econolight accomplished.

The electricians at Coppertown we’re great. They were on time, friendly, professional, and were able to answer our questions throughout the process of getting a quote and completing the work. Their work was also quick and so far seems to have been superb. The new panel they put in and all the extra wiring is neat and tidy. They even cleaned up after themselves.

Beyond all that, they were by far the most affordable of four different quotes we got for the exact same work. Not only would my wife and I recommend them to anyone looking for an electrician in the Phoenix metro, but we would also not hesitate to call again for any future work that we may need.
