My Technician - Jay Johnson - was great! Showed up on time, good sense of humor and fixed my ceiling fan issue quick. They didn't overcharge which is always a fear when hiring a contractor.

Will definitely be using these guys again.

Tommy and Pedro’s work ethic is above and beyond. They did the work quickly and efferently. They listened, very fair price, and treated our home as if it was their own. I am only sad that I cannot give TK Electric more stars. I will use them again and I totally recommend them to friends and family.

I am very happy with the work I had done by Rick at AZ Electrical solutions. He took the time to work with me and another contractor to get the wiring right for some custom installations. He was very professional, prompt, and polite. I will be using them in the future for other work I need done.

I had an appointment set at 11:45 am for an electrician to come out and install outdoor security lights. At 12 noon they had not showed up so I called to inquire if they were still coming. The receptionist did not know why they had not arrived but put me on hold while she checked into it. A gentleman then came on the line and stated they would be here in 30 or 45 mins, that there is a window. Approximately a half hour later I received a call from the electrician who left a message stating he was on his way and to give him a call. Thinking he was on his way I returned his call and was then told he was on his way but he had to stop by the store first. I asked how long it would be before he gets here and was told in an hour. So my 11:45 am appointment turned into an approximately 2 pm appointment which I had to cancel. Not only did I waste a day taking off from work but at the time of making the appointment I was never told about a window or else I would have expected that. The reason I'm giving 1 star is that the electrician who came out and gave the estimate was a really nice guy who came on time for the scheduled appointment...as a matter of fact he was here early.

Well, Alex fixed the unfixable (according to Samsung repair people). The temperature sensor broke off in the freezer section, and instead of breaking the connection, the wires actually broke. Alex cut into the liner, repaired the wires, and now all works GREAT for just $5.00 above the minimum fee (minor parts). He also calmly watched and waited while I had a small meltdown until I found the sensor that had been mislaid. I thought I was going to have to buy a new refrigerator...nope! Thanks, Alex!

I was working with a very low budget, he didn't compromise quality and kept my situation in mind as we were discussing the options. Excellent service for small business owners and tenet improvements.

Their guaranteed price fluctuates, parts are never available at the first location, so more time is spent away from the job than in. Calls to headquarters are no help, but to refer you to voicemail. The technicians do not have a posterd transparent billable hourly wage to quote, every $number given is guess at how much they can make off you within their guesstimate time, so do your research on the job before hiring and practice haggling at a used car dealership first, better yet, don't call George Brazil.
