Great experience

Clayton, from Star Glass Company, arrived on time and quickly went to work to remove the damaged windshield, and to install a new one. In addition Clayton reinstalled an aftermarket front view camera.
I was impressed with his work ethic and professionalism. He made sure that the auto interior was free from any debris from the removal, and cleaned the windshield both inside and out.
I would recommend both Star Glass and Clayton to anyone needing glass repair / replacement.

This company delivered on their commitment and had only one minor issue which was corrected immediately. Would definitely recommend Illumination.

Had an early morning, 8:00 am appointment at the N. Central facility, Joey greeted me with a happy attitude and set me up in the waiting room with coffe, water and a movie to watch while I waited. Install took about 1.5 hours, windshield care and warranty were explained and off I went.Highly recommended this facility, great service.

I recently had a new roof installed by Phoenix Roofing and I feel I have the best looking roof in the neighborhood!
I was impressed with each of the representatives that worked on my roof issue. They were polite and very respectful of my home and my time from the initial salesperson all the way down to the roofing team that installed the roof. They met with me and answered all my questions and explained what the process would involve and how long it would take and what to expect. This was important to me as I had never filed a claim before. They met with my insurance company representative when he came out for his inspecton. The installation date was set and done on time.
If you want your job done right and no hassles this is the right company. 5 Stars on all counts.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! Looking for window replacements. This company came to my door soliciting. After scheduling an appointment the company did not show up at the scheduled appointment time. I spoke to a very poor phone sales representative when I called to inquire the reason of the failure to show-up for appointment. GO ELSEWHERE.

They are crooks. The cash back for insurance claims is false. They wrote me a bad check on a closed account. Check BBB even fraudulently stating they are a member.CROOKS....

Dan and Kage were my technicians today. It was important to do a review because I wanted everyone to know what a great job these gentleman did. They were on time, efficient, did a great job, and just went above and beyond my expectations. There was a hiccup today that was my fault. The techs were patient and understanding while I worked to solve the problem. Very professional company covering Arrowhead region in the west valley. They stand by their work and do not try to gouge the customers for badly needed repairs. When the leaky roof was repaired in the summer, Castille Roofing did a partial repair where the source of the leak came from. However, over the Christmas holiday we received driving rain which caused more leaking in the same section. They gave us full credit for the work done in the summer and redid the repair work and covered a larger area. We were very grateful that they responded within a week of the new leaking even during the holiday season. All work is guaranteed and pictures of the repair were provided.

Terrible Experience the guy that replaced the window didn't put the correct window or tint. Never once mentioned he would have a problem doing the job. Took advantage of the situation and did not return as he said he would to fix his mistake. Very dishonest company I would be very cautious. This can be perceived as misleading, deceptive and can be considered False advertisement. ? I think your company should do a bit more research before conducting business.

Sears Home Improvement Windows & Doors first major installment was a disaster from day one... and continued to be that way months later! There were many things not done correctly including damage to my wall and floors, and a door lock that didn't work because it wasn't installed properly. Sears was horrible about fixing these numerous problems. When I requested another installer to inspect the job they sent me someone that had no experience at installing so errors in workmanship were not caught or corrected. When I had my 2nd/last installation the new company found another problem that I didn't know about (the patio doors weren't properly sealed) and after my repoting it... they corrected this other installation company's mistake. I still have no idea if there are other installation problems because no one has inspected the first installation. (NOTE : The second installation company Sears hired for my last patio door was excellent.)
